I noticed from mega dosing fish oil that I sleep through the night without waking up which wasn’t happened prior. I have a keen ability to manage my stress at work which is typically off the charts

How long were you taking them bro..?

It most likely is a placebo effect. It takes ling for it to get inside the cells and flourish properly. But it is great. Take more for now, I’ve heard 4 is ideal. But don’t do it too long, because more than 3 grams daily is correlated to prostate cancer. Take into account the foods that have omega in them later on after you get the break in period. Correlation doesnt mean causation but better safe than sorry

I've been taking 2 x (1000mg EPA / 100mg DHA) capsules daily for just under four weeks, in the last week I've started to see a welcomed improvement in my depression and anxiety. It's very encouraging for someone who's relied on antidepressants and anxiety medications for a long time prior. After watching this I may taper down to 1 capsule before seeing if 3000mg has a more profound effect.

Weston a price. Also looked at teeth. The more unhealthy the population the more money doctors get..

Taking omega 3s apparently can be bad for men’s prostate and may be involved in promoting prostate cancer. Has anyone else heard this?

No but 25 mg of zinc supplements are terrific for the prostate.

I think that your study about the benefits of Omega 3 fish oils to treat Depression and other psychiatric disorders became a very boring list of all kind of mental conditions that in my opinion were not lengthy enough treated with the fish oil supplements. The results of such study were poorly explained. It looks and sounds more like a numbered list matched with a bunch of figures of doses applied, that only conclude : no enough benefit was seen. I would like to hear what is the clinical base of your comment stating that in patients with Bipolar Manic your recommendation is to be cautious to prevent cycling into mania? So if those kind of patients can cycle into mania...... That means that indeed Omega 3 is effective to treat depression. Can you see your contradiction? It does not surprise me to see psychiatrist to try to convince people of "an invented no effectiveness" of Omega 3. It's a desperate move of them to recover the lose of the psychotropic medications market that has been occurring, after the Big Pharma scandal became global.

If you think omega-3 fish oil supplements can replace an SSRI drug in the event of clinical depression you have no idea what you are talking about, it is an essential fatty acid that can benefit mood but that is completely different from a drug that is made specifically to inhibit the reuptake of serotonin. Also implying that this entire talk is an attempt to shill pharmacy antidepressants just makes you look like more of a conspiracy theory loon than anything.

@@ChristopherGray00 Not true. Humans because of our eniviromental circumstances are extremly low on Omega 3 to the point of deffeciancy. We are not supposed to have deppression on mass. We're built to have strong, healthy and emotional brains. We just don't have the correct nutriotnal standards to keep the brain working properly. Pouring diesel into a petrol car will only get you so far. It's not that Omega 3 'Cures' these problems, they just create a better environment for our bodys and brains to deal with them.
