The more I learn about the situation the more worried I become. With the way CEO Kang was treating the member that wasn’t feeling well after performing I have to wonder what was happening with the members that had sat out tour dates. I wouldn’t be surprised if the members that sat out were punished in some way for doing so or if the “mild health concerns” were so severe they physically couldn’t perform or if there was maybe visible marks from being hit. The stuff with multiple tour companies is kinda suspicious to me too. I’m sure ever company has gotten screwed over by another party especially if they’re smaller like Spire. But two tour companies that quickly fail in multiple ways one right after another? That feels like either Spire cut corners and didn’t properly vet these companies or they (Spire/CEO Kang, not the members) were being uncooperative like MC’s statement alleges. Neither of these would surprise me given the alleged treatment of venue staff and translators by Spire’s staff. Don’t even get me started about what CEO Kang about the members taking care of her. Like you’re the CEO and seem to be involved in more day to day things like a manager. It’s your job to take care of the members. They are your employees. I can understand being upset if you unsupported by those around you, but the members, your employees, are not obligated to be your shoulder to cry on. I’m sure her father passing away was hard but that is not an excuse to get away with abuse.

Apparently the person who formed OX and brought them together, Sam Choi left them not long after they debuted. He would go on to open his own company KeyStone Ent which would go on to debut BLANK2Y back in May of this year. They also have former ENOi and 1The9 members just like OX and former I-Land contestant YoungBin

oh my sweet boys :( they really don't deserve this at all. this group is literally their second chance to be idols and now their new company is just fucking them over again...i literally can't believe this.

Mental health is so incredibly stigmatized in SK and the poor member was clearly have a panic attack. It’s also really suspicious that the company refused those plane tickets to New York like 3 times. Every time I watch this video it's very upsetting. Jeahan is my favorite. He's the most sweetest person ever and kind and humble and loyal person with a great personality and good vibes. On a sidenote, the recording of the CEO was at a normal volume, but when you started talking I could barely hear anything. I'm not a hard of hearing person but in some videos the volume of your voice is really quiet.

I'm an American Fan, and I'm sure some of you may be missed a crucial detail. I'm a law student majoring in International Trade and Business. Here are some overlooked issues. 1. Spire received several clear warnings about Code Ent. troubled business dealings. But decided to use them anyway Only to finally reveal that the company went bankrupt...they took the money paid for their services and continued with the end of the story, it was definitely a collaboration. 2. The second company did the same in another collaboration. They tried to cover their tracks by saying they disowned Spire, but they did something very shady. 3. These people should be paid for their performances, so why do some people not have money for tickets, but the CEO took several flights between Korea and the US during the tour. 4. Why is she angry because she has to do her duty as a daughter and bury her father? Saying the boys didn't take care of her and then being ungrateful for flowers from members is wrong on so many levels. 5. The CEOs have financial issues but that will come to light soon enough p.s this is verified information just wait and see. 6. The Boys had to call their families for money to purchase plane tickets which is a very clear indicator that they were not being properly paid and being in the U.S was not an excuse they couldn't use their funds if they had them Exchanged at any U.S Bank 8. Praud, Embezzlement, assault, and Verbal Abuse are just some of the charges that should definitely be filed Against that Narcasstic Woman. 9.
