I mean, the air doesn't pick up your hair by itself? If not, you should go change it! I changed it on the 2nd day for this reason and as soon as I got the new one, everything was very easy! look at it!

It looks to work on long hair and not so much on shoulder length. I bought mine from the website and spent over $100 on it and I do regret it. For you it seems to work well and thanks for the tutorial you look amazing and I love it for you and those that have long hair

when you put the heads on the machine you don't have to press the button. The button is pressed only for the head to come out! I did the exact same thing as you and it broke resulting in it spinning out of control!! Luckily they replaced it for me because I got it on the first day!

I just want to say i have been using mine for a year and it broke down today. When using heat setting 2 i smell something burning, which is why I've been only using setting 1 for the past 2 weeks. Today the button which holds the barrel in place broke off so it won't hold the barrels in place anymore.

I only used what I showed in the video. I would try maybe on more damp hair. Also, make sure you're using the cool setting to set the curl! Start on the hottest then once its dry, let it set in the coolest for a couple of seconds.

Ahhh no no I was doing it wrong! I didn’t divide my hair whatsoever and I was clueless however! I was able to use it on my 6 yr old who’s hair is very docile unlike mine! My hair is thick and straight asf 😢

I bought this and it arrived this week. So my major problem is that once you are done with one side with the curler, it absolutely stops and you have to let it cool down for about 5 minutes before it will restart. Was that the case with you? Maybe I got a defective one? It also barely grabs the hair, I have to basically wrap each section around it-it will hold it but it won’t wrap.

Mine doesn't stop between sections but i use both the high heat and cool on my hair while styling. I also try to turn it off as I'm going so it doesn't over heat. I do have the issue of it not wrapping very well. You have to make sure you're hair is mostly dry and try smaller sections. I hold my strands from the middle and wrap starting where I'm holding and drag to the ends. Once it wraps the ends, I move it up toward the roots. hope that helps!
