The UK has a population of over 68 million & it’s easily accessible to dozens of other European countries that have DC fans who otherwise might not be able to see them in their own countries. I love that they sold out the tour but thats not any kind of barometer for their popularity. Listen, I’m an inSomnia since before the were even DreamCatcher (for better or worse, Love Shake will never leave my head….but don’t tell Siyeon!) & they are, for me anyway, the most talented, unorthodoxed kpop groups around. They have plenty of fans but they’re, in fact, under appreciated! It’s very sad but also very true.

Well, they're not "mistreated", unless you think being ignored is a mistreatment. Just want to make sure nobody gets the wrong idea, especially with all the perverse false rumours that run around the K-pop world, we don't need to add more fuel to the fire, so to speak... Dream on!

Only once they were actually robbed of an award, and that had nothing to do with "mistreating" Dreamcatcher, but it was all about a Chinese company buying a win for their group. The other times, as you stated, rules were changed or shows were shut down, but, again, it was not an organized action against Dreamcatcher as such. Let's not be paranoid. Also, I'm just saying that using the word "mistreatment" is misleading because, unfortunately, people are actually mistreated in the entertainment industry, all over the world. Being ignored or underrated is not at the level of "mistreatment". I don't want people to get the wrong idea and I don't want to minimize the actual mistreatment some people are subjected to. Finally, mistreatment implies intent. I don't think there is an intentional decision to ignore Dreamcatcher. There is a difference between saying (A)"Let's ignore Dreamcatcher for this show" and (B)"Let's invite X, Y and Z" while not thinking that Dreamcatcher could have been invited. If you can demonstrate that (A) took place, then I'll go along. It's just that I think organizers always favor the very popular groups that draw legions of fans in Korea, and Dreamcatcher, in Korea, is not at that level yet. But we are getting there, soon they won't be able to ignore them because they will be famous enough. So we can talk about how they are ignored, and I agree 100%, but that is not "mistreatment", unless we change what words mean. And, please, we can discuss, and disagree, without the derogatory quips. I'm not on a high horse, I'm just stating my opinion.
