Quick pro tip for a Buffet. Do a condiment 🧂 run first. Get all the things. It allows you to see what is on the buffet. Get all the tools and sauces etc on the table. Alert the waitress what else you will need. Then you can go bonkers and get all your things without having to go back and letting your food get cold.

Your shakes are from not eating all day, and your sugar drops and you get the shakes. It happened to me until the Dr told me I need to eat some protein in the morning, and I do and it doesn't happen anymore, BGA it is not safe to go without a little food. God bless you.

Not eating isn’t the solution to losing weight or being “healthy” it’s what you consume. You & your family should start eating healthier. I know making content can get to you but I feel like your health is more important. Just a suggestion since it’s your body to consume whatever you want not trying to offend you in any way it’s just that’s what us viewers see.

In the morning start with some lean protein, some fruit. Take vitamins. Drink some water to fuel your body. I get the shakes, light headed, can't think straight. Until I started doing this. It helped tremendously. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.

Another thing you may wanna check, is your blood pressure. I have the exact same symptoms when mine spikes. Next time you feel this way, have someone take you to a CVS, walgreens, Wal-Mart...or anywhere in your area that has a blood pressure machine. Just an idea.
