TQG means "Te Quedé Grande" which translate "too big for you" or "out of your league". At the end they say TQM which usually translate "I love you a lot" but in this case they say TQM but TQG which translates "I *used* to love you but I'm out of your league". Unbelievably they were both cheated by their partners!?!

In my opinion, it's fun to see him react to Shakira because as an American he has an image of Latina women like those who live in the U.S. They are different, not better or worse, they are just adapted to the American system in general, for example J.LO. She is of Latin origin but she never lived in her country and she is an American diva of Latin descent but she is still American, on the other hand Shakira is Latin everywhere and is also a great artist, she sings, composes, dances, plays instruments, and also speaks 5 perfect languages that allow him to taste in other languages and she is also beautiful and with a great voice, anyone who commits her to his platonic love, I think the fun thing is to see a genuine surprise of discovering something that he did not know and admire it

As you know, Shakira was cheated on by his ex, a public figure. Karol G was also cheated on by his ex, who is also a public figure as well. Both of their relationships were public and their breakups even more public and controversial. So this is a double dish song from 2 independent, famous and empowered Colombian women. And by your very expressive reactions to the video, seems you also consider them as beautiful women, which they are of course.
