Nice. At least its all ensuite and the tiles are not busy like some of the houses seen. However, the choice of where the sink ,shower, toilet should be was not thought out well except in the master bedroom. The wardrobe spaces are also small. Overall, better than many of the 3 bedrooms seen

the house is amazing but .... I've an issue with all the wcs' ..... when opening the doors, they immediately hit all the pedestal sinks .... try and imagine one in a wheel chair .... the person will have an issue trying to get inside .... that's one design flaw i've noticed

As someone who has some considerable amount of experience in construction... This is a total rip-off... 6.5mil is a lot for this unit.. I would advise contactors to be a little fair. First of all consider the proximity to a major main road, the neighborhood, the proximal gated community wall, the unit's finishing ( of which I think is very paltry) and more... These units prove wanting on the above mentioned... Be wise because money is not plucked on trees. Sorry to spoil the vibe Edna.. my sincere apologies, I have never interjected before in any of your videos before considering I have followed you for 2 years.
