Searching for the holy grail of eye creams?
Now as many of you know, I’m a fan of Dr Sam Bunting. I don’t pretend otherwise. In fact, I would consider her a good friend of mine (despite not ever meeting each other) so when I got the chance to try her new eye cream I was all in. In came with one single caveat - ‘tell the truth’. Thats all Sam asked of me.
Its now been 4 weeks since I started using it. All my darkness has not resolved (yet) BUT what has happened is the amount of hydration under my eyes. Something else that happened - Milia, started going away. Those little rough white pimples. Started going. This is one of the few active eye creams out there. Most are just great hydrators but few actually contain active ingredients. This contains three: 2% Granactive Retinoid, 5% Niacinamide and 2% Ascorbyl Glucoside.
Will I be continuing to use it? YES. Once gone (you get about 2 months in each bottle) I will repurchase. And then again.

Me too! Her Brightly serum helped so much with damage from retin A. I had enlarged pores and uneven skin for 6 years and nothing helped until her serum.

As far as I know, olive oil derivatives (there are 2) are no more beneficial than other types of oil - and may be less beneficial in fact. Apart for actual prescription retinoids (the molecules of which are small enough to penetrate into the dermis and replenish the collagen beneath wrinkled areas) there are no topicals that can remove wrinkles. The only benefit of topical moisturizers is to hydrate the skin’s top layers - which merely improves the appearance of wrinkled skin. I would want to see Before-and-After non-retouched photos prior to purchasing this eye cream.

Actually, I was married to a gay man. (I’m a heterosexual female.) I didn’t know he was gay. It lasted five years. Had its benefits. And he’s my best friend now, so there’s that. I think it could work with Dr. Sam. Short term anyway.😉 I’m just kidding. It was very hard work and so tough to get where we are today. But I can now say he is one of the best things that ever happened to me. Sad story. Happy ending.

Regarding my gay boyfriend and me being gay/pan; He’s male I’m female just to be clear 🌈 he’s practically married to his long term stunning male partner now but back then we fell in love and weren’t willing to not be in love because of our gender. It was very romantic kind and sweet very movie like. We didn’t get fully intimate but we sure did kiss a lot ☺️ He’d do things like climb up a tree to get me a piece of pink blossom and if we went to the shops he’d say let’s keep walking, I asked why, he said because then I’m walking next to you for longer. Yes very romantic and I do love him always will 💜

Long-term reviews are the best! They’re so hard to find but reveal so much about a product. There’s no other way to see if a product has short-term adjustment considerations, long-term issues, and genuine payoff.

After watching this video about 6 weeks ago, I ordered and started using this Dr Sam eye cream. OH. MY. GOD. I can't believe how amazing it is. Absolute game-changer. I've always used very good skin care brands but this one is the first where I not only noticed a difference right away, it actually improved my under eye area like no other product has ever done. I had noticeable milia that was nearly impossible to cover up-even with concealer-now, I barely notice it on bare skin. Lines, wrinkles, darkness-practically invisible. I'm 50 years old and I look and feel fantastic. THANK YOU for this life changing product. I can't wait to try more of Dr Sam.

Hey Wayne 🤚🏻 After a decade of really tough times and not caring what she looked like, my mother has started feeling good about herself again, and wants to wear makeup again. She’s a bit taken aback by all the advancements in makeup, and in her skin; as the last time she wore makeup, she was younger and her skin was smoother. I told her about your channel and how you have a lot of ‘Over 40’ tips for makeup application. Would you consider putting those videos all in one playlist so it’s easy for people who need those tips to access them quickly? 😉

You probably know this already, but in case you don't: Even if Wayne doesn't get a chance to do make the playlist, you can make your own custom playlists made of other people"s videos, and you can even make the playlists public and shareable if you want. I do this all the time and it's super-handy. Might be a good short-term solution for your mom. 💗

@@leximorris9000 They absolutely would! I have use the whole line; Cleanser, Brightly, Nightly, both moisturisers (lighter one for the day, richer one for the night but you may get in with the richer one all round if you have mature skin) plus the Daily Sunscreen.

I would love a long term trial. I have used Dr Sam's skincare and I can say it's awesome! I was struggling with peri-oral dermatitis and Dr Sam's skincare was the only thing I could use when I was rebuilding my skin barrier. The tinted SPF, mineral, is fabulous! I haven't tried the eye cream yet so I am thankful you shared it.

I would definitely appreciate a dedicated 6 month review of a certain skincare. That way any hype can be discussed, even though what works on your skin, won't necessarily work on others.

I would like to see a 6 month review of Dr. Sam's line. It sounds like a great product and since I am currently looking for a retinoid for my eye area, I will purchase this. I also believe that you are being honest and sincere with your knowledge when it comes to the cosmetic industry. I find it incredible confusing and quite overwhelming to navigate through the mass amounts of products out there on the market and I don't believe I am alone in this. There is so much misinformation out there and after awhile I just throw up my hands and say forget it. I personally distrust many products that are available mainly because of the claims from manufacturers. I often question...Is what is listed on the bottle really what is in there? Yes, there maybe retinol but is it good quality or is it a derivative? Is there enough in there to do any good or just enough so that it can be labeled a retinol product by cosmetic industry standards? Can you use products with retinol in conjunction with vitamin C or niacinamide or ??? Some say no but then I find products that have ingredients combined. I like that this is a product that is made by a dermatologist and that the product is backed by science. I also believe that most Dr.s want the best for their patients and won't put their name on a product that won't deliver which is another reason for me to give this product a try.

I tend to stick with my products once purchased because I don’t have the money to go and purchase the latest and greatest until I use up what I have? If that makes sense. It would be great to see what you look after 6 months and the full cost break down. $49 per bottle and $ 206 for all the required products is really expensive right now. With our heating bill at $400 a month we are cash poor.😪 Let's go Brandon

Yes! Shiny and new things that “promise” results catch my eye and I’m overwhelmed with products. When I’m finished with my current eye cream I will seriously consider Dr. Sam. Thank you!

I have been watching your videos for years & just love you! I got so excited about Dr. Sam's eye serum that I immediately tried to purchase it online but was so disappointed to find they don't ship to my state in USA....Hopefully someday that will change, in the meantime I will just keep enjoying your wonderful tips, techniques & recommendations.

You hit the nail on the head because I am looking right now at new products and I haven’t been using my new ones for one month yet! What is wrong with me? 😂😂 I definitely don’t give it enough time. So yes, 6 month review would be wonderful, if you can do it! I doubt I could.

Definitely would love to see the outcome of the 6 month trial.. I'm so sick of paying ridiculous prices for skincare products. I'd like to find a product that deals with open pores & skin tightening. I'm coming up to my 65th b/day & even though I have always, ALWAYS taken care of my skin and get so many compliments about it, I still feel the need to update/change my routine every year just to be able to keep on top of the changes that happen as skin ages. Thanks for ALL your advice Wayne and for what it's worth you are the only MUA I completely trust. I've followed you from the get go & have learned so very much from you..your guidance really does mean a lot. I'm growing old 'gracefully' thanks to you. ☮️ 💗 🙏🏼

I jumped online and ordered a jar. Wayne has never lead me astray. The Ordinary chemical peel (AHA 30%, BHA 2% & Salicylic acid 2%) has been amazing for my skin. I have absolute confidence this will be amazing too. Thank you!

Is it still working for you? I've been using it for two weeks and I feel like the area is less hydrated and have more visible lines. Curious what others are saying. Most people are only commenting they like the review, haven't seen many people post their own experiences.

Yes please do a 6 months review ! This is what I want because you're right everyone quits using products within a month or adds to it ! Even me but I wanna know what's the best no matter the price . I'm cheap and extreme coupon but I'm willing to buy an actual product that works !
