@African Tigress When you go to the the SuperValue shopping plaza in Manor Park section of Kingston you will see one of the most beautiful views of the mountains that surround 3 sides of the city. You can go up to the top floor for the best views. Also the most beautiful areas are up there. There are some lookouts up there where you can see all the way to the sea. Ask your vber driver to take you to one of the popular lookout points in the hills of the city.

Words can't express how much I appreciate your portrayal of Jamaica . Has a Jamaican of Indian origin who is often overlooked,I would love if you could come to one of our communities and learn about our history.We were the first set of fishermen,first set of merchants in Jamaica yet sometimes we are made to feel like a Jamaica's little secret. I would appreciate it if you can,if you can't no problem.keep making beautiful videos.👍🇯🇲♥️

Jamaica may be a relatively small country, but Jamaica has many faces. Yet many people go out of their way to push a very narrow narrative about the country. One popular false narrative is that JA is one big slum, except for the resorts where the tourists say. Many African countries get that treatment too so it's nice to see a Kenyan Tigress dispelling it. Cool to see you run into Salvadorean/American tourists too, who were also casually exploring the park. (BTW, on the topic of anthems ... love Kenya's!)

Jamaica is the 3rd largest Caribbean island. Jamaica is not small when you compare it to other islands. Curacao, Bonaire, Turks, St Maarten, Anguilla, Antigua all have less than 100k people living there. Barbados only have 200k people living on the island. All of these island with less people are doing better financially than Jamaica. Aruba have zero potholes, free college education for all high school graduates yet they only have 100k population.

@kaydenpat She would have to be invited to the ghetto. If she go to the ghetto without someone from there and start filming she might get murdered. Those Americans you see filming in the ghetto got permission from the community leader who is 100% a murderer which is how one become a leader in any ghetto community. A youtuber Chris must list, filmed in the ghetto and he made a video that he had to remove a Live or else he might get murdered. I don't think he would ever return back to Jamaica

As a lover of beautiful town & cities, I’ve enjoyed this episode. The Jamaica Pledge, Anthem & the Emancipation Park is just lovely& beautiful. Good that you had put the interview at the end. It is sad that our good friend who wants more wives doesn’t know that Islam also enslaved Africans. He also doesn’t know where Kenya is & yet Kenyans are known World over as great runners. Anyway, good content & thanks

I’m beginning to believe that they must show Jamaica in a negative light in ‘Africa’ and that’s probably why these African KZfaqrs keep saying how surprised they are to see how beautiful and developed the island is. They all seem surprised that Jamaica is as it is, and keep saying ‘this is what they don’t show you on TV’! Jamaica has been consistently one of the most visited Caribbean islands for many decades and it is known worldwide as a popular holiday destination. So why are they so surprised? What were they expecting?
@tdot-rt1yt

Yes exactly, they showed Jamaica the way they show Africa to the world, it's so crazy how they had people fooked thinking Jamaica is poor. And we all live how they live in zinc and board house and huts😢. The elites are the ones who monitor what we see on our screens social medias etc. In the UK, they would never show any areas where there are blk people living as great and wonderful, as long as its black place they will say it's ghettos and poverty stricken. But all white countries are well devolved full of happy people,in reality it's all lies. Nowhere is better than Africa and the Caribbean sorry.

Exactly! What did they expect? Jamaica is one of the most beautiful countries in the World. Jamaican back home take it for granted.
