I am a hardcore Doo wop lover and I had no idea that a young duo as yourselves would be broadcasting a show like this. I am deeply moved and I have just subscribed to this program. And yes this is one of those all time doowop greats. "One Summer Night".

You guys are reacting to a lot of the music I grew up on. It's been decades since I have heard this song. I remember slow dancing to this and many other 50's songs at my local lake's pavilion. Thank you Shawn and Mel, keep these song reactions coming.

Cora Wheeler, these kids don't know what they missed! I never see clips or videos of teenagers "slow dancing" maybe because there aren't many beautiful songs to slow dance to as there were when we were growing up.

Mark, I remember this beautiful song and I hope it will never be forgotten, especially, by those of us who were there in the 1950's. When I think of this song I also think of "Could this be Magic." By the Dubs.

When i was growing up in the 60's listening to 50's early 60's DooWop like this, i remember saying to myself, if i were to be stranded on a desert island, DooWop music is what i would want to be stranded with. Now, at my age,i still want it, but in addition, a few beautiful women, food, and a lot of beer. Many really talented groups came from that era of music.

I loved the look on Shawn’s face when the song just started. It was almost funny. He looked like he was in complete and total shock! Hey back in the day they KNEW how to sing!!! I grew up listening to mid to late 50’s and early 60’s in my very young years. Before I hit 18 I listened to 3 decades of music constantly.

Omg, you gone and done it now!!! This has always been one of my favorite songs and it's all because of my dad. He is a massive Doo Wop fan since the beginning and always played this for me when I was sick to get me to sleep as a kid growing up. I fell in love with this song before I could walk as a toddler and I still love chilling with my dad and singing this song with him when we have our "Doo Wop" listening sessions. Just so stinking beautiful!

Shawn, Mel, you guys really get it and you're so on point about the times we had back in the day. Remember my telling you in one of my early post that not everyone had tv's and few were without phones. What we did have was a great social life, imagine no internet, cell phones, cd's, etc. Outside of school folks had little part time jobs or home helping out with chores and/or younger siblings, (lot of big families then) but we had radios and listen all the type of songs that you're playing now. Weekends someone was always throwing a party (in the basement of their home, wasn't going upstairs messing up moms house) the lights were low, sometimes just a red bulb, music playing, "grinding" with a young lady, man oh man. Love you guys, and thank you for the memories, Ed.
