Congrats on coming down into the Ado rabbit hole, truly one of the greatest vocalist of this age, extremely talented at such a young age and has no intentions of stopping anytime soon. All her songs and cover are great and worth a listen.

Ado is my favorite vocalist of all time, her vocal control, strength, and versatility are INSANE. She does the singing voice of Uta in One Piece's Red Film, and did the 1st opening of SpyxFamily season 2, Kura Kura! She's awesome and does both original songs and covers. She debuted in 2020 with her song 'Ussewa' which hit the no.1 spot in Billboard Japan Hot 100. She's amazing, you should really check out more of her music

Ado doesnt show her face. I'll recommend listening to more Ado, she has a lot of good songs. I'd personally recommend Usseewa, Gira gira, ready made, odo, ready steady, kamippoina, dignity, show, tot musica and crime and punishment

Just saw Ado in L. A. on March 29th - her performance was absolute fire, and the stage setup/light show was like this video. Somehow it seemed like they filled the entire concert hall with smoke that the lights were filtering through - awesome effect. They filmed that show, so look out for live MVs from the L. A. show on YT at some point...

I saw this masterpiece in person this Sep in Japan. But don't worry, she announced world tour next Feb-Apr few weeks ago. Ado never shows her face, her music viedos are all animation, and she uses backlight to all her concert, only first few rows can see a litte bit of her face.

As some other already stated: wellcome to the Ado rabbit hole. And since One Pieve is one of your latest discoveries there is a connection to One Piece as well. Ado is the vocal main character in the latest One Piece movie (Red). She is the singing voice of Uta. The Circle closes ^^. I discovered her as after seeing the movie last week and am totally hooked and obsessed right now by her music. The Songs Backlight, Tot Musica, The Worlds Continuation, New Genesis in the movie were so great (actually all 7 Songs). And you could easylly watch them, since there are no spoiler in it related to One Piece.

She's not a vtuber, she started as an "Utaite" a term used for people that upload covers of songs (mostly vocaloid songs) in platforms like youtube or nico nico douga. Most utaite use an avatar and choose not to reveal their irl identity, but not all do. Ado is one of those that do chooses to stay anonimous, which is pretty common for artists in Japan (vtubers, utaites, manga artists, etc tend to prefer to stay low-profile).

I discovered Ado 5 days ago and I must say that her range, types and switches of singing are just out of this world!😂 Whenever I hear her in different songs I'm always getting surprised by what she can do with her voice.
