I've learned to never fatal blow with Omni-Man without hitting them after that grab. You have to. Even then, sometimes it's timed too late but it's far more reliable. There's no downside to not do it, unless one more hit is gonna give them a breaker, which is pretty much never the case. It does more damage, it's easily more hit confirmable and if they have full bar to break, they're gonna break whether you hit them before or not.
