But the viltromites can seemingly tap into their strength wherever across the galaxy. As where kryptonians need a planet with a specific sun. Unless they have energy suit.

well in terms of super strength since we haven't seen what is your absolute limit is, we cant say who is stronger in terms of strength and speed, though i think superman is probably faster because omni man was not as fast as red rush and red rush definitely cannot keep up with flash whereas superman can to a great extent. Superman also has freeze breath and laser eyes but yes we do not know how effective those would be
