This is a tier list for the "synergies effect themselves", there will be strong units in weak synergies, and there will be weak units in strong synergy. This is more about "is this synergy worth going for when I'm building team?"
I hope this tier list can be helpful (world arena, foggy colosseum...)

The protector synergy really needs to be changed to damage reduction. Each round allies gain 5% damage reduction, 1% per Protector. 5x15 is 75% damage reduction at round 15 with a full protector team. With 3 protectors you'd be looking at 45% round 15. The Shadowarch synergy needs to give more dodge. Give me 50% for a full Shadowarchs lineup, 10% per team mate. The only thing I really disagree with is the placement of Monarch over Striker. Striker is by far my favourite synergy. It puts up the highest numbers by far. Monarch lets me complete the game. The fact that I could only take a maximum of 30% against that final Talinas allowed me to finish the games story mode. I finished the LC quests with 3 Monarchs on the team. I simply think it is better than Strikers in more areas of the game and for more players and should be S tier.

For early just focus on 1 synergy. I rec either Glorian or valiator

I just started the game and I'm completely lost, I don't know which team to form or which one to target, currently I have: -Emily, Osse -Atropos -Dorabella, Eli, Catrina, Anubia -Lily y Lia, Carola -Persefone, Salomon, Salleine -Atena Today they give me the 14-day invocation scroll, and I don't know which one to select either. If you could tell me good teams to form I would appreciate it, since I have stopped in the game and I can't advance, they told me in the chat not to look at the best teams that the game recommends, but no one tells me you should have a team with these synergies, and even if I don't have the best of those synergies, I replace them with others until I find the ones I need😮‍💨 And from what I have seen in this video, then would it be good to have 3 characters from the gloriantes synergy and 2 characters from the blue fist synergy? Sorry for writing so much, but I'm very confused.
