My beloved wife is sleeping here right now, beside me. I just heard this song and i see her, i just pray thankfully for to be here, alive with her. I consider myself that fallen one and her the enlightened but i fear, we both just are enlightened cause we are here together.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is a high chance your wife doesn’t understand the complexity of your emotions regarding this song and you will be hurt and disappointed by her at some point in the future. Enjoy it while it lasts and come back to enjoy this song again when things went downwards. It will happen though.

I love that with this album, Omnium Gatherum not only challenge the standard melodeath conventions musically, but also lyrically. The introspective, positive, but realistic lyrical themes are really nice; finding light in darkness, the strength to keep going on, lessons in hard experiences, etc... Really, really good album, and this song especially.

So, this is how smooch song sounds in death metal way. Absolutely perfect. That bass guitar sound especially when solo guitar joins at 4:04.

Actually, I think notes and chords have nothing to do with his statement. It's just that Jukka Pelkonen (the OM vocalist) sounds exactly like Ozzy, especially in the clean vocal parts - 3:23 .
