I have a minor feeling that car has more than four cogs in the transmission. The driver did work some magic with that manual, though.

I saw this car race when I was kid in GTP at either Sears Point or Laguna Seca - I think it was Sears.... Look how much much of a contender it is with the newer cars. The era was so cool! The corvette, the silver screaming mazda's, Gurney's AAR Toyotas! It was so cool.

sltillim my favorite by far were the Black Rocket Racing Cutlasses I always made them out to be the bad guys of IMSA

sltillim I saw many of the GTP races at Laguna Seca. Next to the old Trans Am and Can Am, GTPs were the most bad ass cars and racing ever with their grounds effects and gobs of power made for awesome brutal cars.

@@Marvel_ccc They were GTO (not GTP) but yes, they we awesome. The Genolozi team then went to Olds Auroras. Excellent machinery indeed.

thanks for sharing, and if I may be so bold to ask, please encourage your friends that race to publish their in car videos especially in these somewhat "unlimited" style endurance cars. It lets some of us less fortunate live through you and your talent.

Racing sims are getting so realistic looking that you actually have to closely examine and take some time to figure out if you're watching a game or a real life video. It's awesome and aggravating at the same time.

That's where Tommy Kendall broke his legs. That's why Then Glen created the extra curve which is used to this day. I saw that race and many others at The Glen and LIme Rock Park. Awesome car.

Synystr7 By the way check out tinshed for the gtpc mod. I can add flat spotting, mis shifting and auto steering rotation with an update soon. Let me know what you think. Choose cars between 82 and 85 for the best quality :)
