On Load Tap Changer; It is a device which helps in changing the tap position of transformer to compensate in variation in output voltage of a transformer due to drop in internal impedance of transformer. The process of changing tap must be done in the condition when transformer is ON and the device

Sir tap position changed from 2 to 3 output side voltage decreases than current increased.What is changed in output connected motors load.please tell with technical reasons.if GTG load is connected with grid load than what happened in running motor loads
