Correct me if I am wrong but he passes the ambulances with Ruby and Olivia. It adds so much to the moment as he is celebrating and has no idea his best friend is almost dying in that ambulance

this cast has become such an important aspect of my life. they truly have changed MY life with the show, and themselves in general. couldn’t be anymore grateful for them, the writers, the show, like THANK YOU for getting me through some hard times.
