Depends on the speed, the more speed you have, the more angle you will have to increase in order to counter the inertia of the car. 70°- 80° are the best angles for high speed drifts with full throttle.

the angle depends on how tight you want to turn. if you are swinging to the outside of your turn then you need to increase your angle because that increases the force perpendicular to the outside of the turn pushing inwards thus pushing your car into the inside of the turn and also lowering your speed in along the turn. a higher angle means you do a tighter turn and slow down and a lower angle means you do a longer turn while speeding up
