My friend those helmets are for industrial use. It has locking mechanism to secure at the back. You can see clearly.

@@pnathan76 That screw is for good fit, and will not stop helmet flying when needed the most. This is a 'perennial challenge' when it comes to 'enforcing' helmet use safety culture - as strap is deemed 'uncomfortable' !😊
