It features the incredibly talented drummer Virgil Donati and some other not so well known but equally gifted musicians from Australia.The music is a technically challenging form of heavy fusion

Yes, there is a CD with it with the tracks both with and without drums :D it also has some slowed down sections of some songs. It's a great book, and a great learning tool to see how Virgil has applied his concepts and ideas

Still Aussie.We all came from overseas once.The Aborigines are the only ones who are truly aussies lol.I'm Scottish English I'm sure but those Scots came to Australia from NYC in the mid 1800s. lol. I usaed to go Watch Loose Change(virgil's Band)at The Grainstore Tavern Melbourne every Tuesday night in the early 90s.Used to pack out.That band were awesome also.

Yeah that's just ridiculous. You should check his book. There's a transcription of this song and others - drum parts. Together with songs, normal speed and slowed down. 4 OTV songs, 4 PX-Universe. Cheers.

Nope. The 'verse' is one bar 7/4, two bars 4/4. Two bars of 5/16 are the same as one of 5/8, which is much simpler to both count and feel.

Nope its 7/16 then 4/4 after that 5/16 and again 4/4, then switches to 5/16 and then it keeps jumping through 4/4 and 7/16 the rest of the song.
