Because U.S government knew this would happen... But kept quite.. BBC even declared wtc 7 collapse 3 hours before actual plane hit the building... All the links wtc related that we share on KZfaq are deleted... Black box of plane was also missing... It was pre-planned controlled demolition using dynamite n empty plane... The plane was empty , engine similar to UAV ,fighter jet , launched from nearby location...

2:19 To think that the workers the day of 9/11 stared through that window as smoke was engulfing the room and had to decide if jumping would be a more painless way to go... I can't imagine the fear that went through them. Truly breaks my heart. Rest in peace for all those innocent lives lost this day, and thank you, heroes who sacrificed themselves to save people.

I’m from Toronto but was only 5.5 years old and I do remember it slightly, those people really got destroyed… can’t imagine the shock they of talking to a coworker or 2 at work like you always do maybe telling a joke or something then within 1 minute you’re hanging out the window and jumping, just insane a person could experience that!!!

I heard a story, about somebody's aunt. She was never late to work. One day, something happened, and her alarm clock didn't go off as it did every morning and she slept in late. There was a lot of traffic, and so, for the first time ever, she called in sick to work. Hours later, when she was asleep, her sisters were frantically knocking at her door, as she hadn't picked up any calls. When it turned out she was fine and asked why they were knocking at her door, they told her why. And that is how that person's aunt was not inside the building next to the world trade center on 9/11.

My mom worked at the front desk of the north tower and was able to get out of the tower. My heart goes out to all the people who lost their innocent lives that day, and my heart goes to their families who lost loved ones and may or may have not been found in the ruble of the attack.

Today is September 11, 2023. After 22 years, it still feels like it all happened yesterday. Peace for all those who perished on that day. I have never got to see the original towers with my own eyes. Very unfortunate. I was eleven. I visited the Ground Zero in late 2002, only to discover the huge emptiness of it. Hard to believe those towers fell and crushed everything at the very spot I was standing. Someday, I wish to visit there again.

My mother and father visited the towers the night before the attack for their anniversary because they wanted to see the mighty twins of the city and left the section of the city where they stood on a ferry the day of the attack. This unfortunately brings back all those disturbing images from my birthday on 09-11-2001. I just turned 11 years old and I vividly remember waking up to 2 airplanes flying into both of these buildings. Those poor people stuck due to the lodged airplane all jumping to their death from the top floors still gives me cold shivers. Throwing yourself from those heights is unimaginable. May those who all passed on this day rest in paradise.

After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

My dad lived in Chicago at the time, and was sent home from work because he worked in one of the tall buildings, and they feared another attack. My dad and mom then went on an airplane to Latvia (a country next to Russia) and saw tons of flowers they were going to send to the Americas. I went to the top just around this date for a school trip. There was a candy store right by the observation windows and I took the escalator up to the roof. Was scary and amazing all at the same time. Didn't record anything sadly as my cellphone didn't even have a camera at the time and didn't carry a camera so the memories only live in my head. RIP to all the lost lives.

I will never forget that traumatising day for me I saw it in person I wasent to far away from it but I was a safe distance away and As soon as the plane hit the towers I was frozen, I believe I was about 14 at the time and had really bad anxiety about flight / planes, and that just made it worse, I didn’t fly on a plane for 7 years until I overcome that fear, I will never forget the innocent ppl that died on that day, may they rest in peace and fly high.

It was a fun time to be a kid. Watching Pokemon and Yugi-oh on WB11 (back when there were no decimal points in television channels) every day after school, sneaking onto bonus.com and playing games during computer class, Lunchables and CapriSun for lunch, dodgeball and handball, digital cameras that used floppy disks, and our school still had a working payphone! We millenials were spoiled.

I worked on Wall St. and watched them being built. It broke my heart when they collapsed. We lost friends and family. I got sick later that day and was hospitalized my kidneys shut down and my gall bladder stopped functioning, I went to surgery. I guess I was so deeply affected by the collapse my body shut down. Horrible day. RIP and bless all their families.

Thank you for making this, and for preserving it, and sharing it with us all. I was up there once, in 1990. Both 107, and the rooftop. Spent a few minutes in Windows on the World. Never to be repeated. On the rooftop, I remember looking DOWN on the Empire State, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Verrazano-Narrows bridge and helicopters going by, far beneath me.

My mom was a teacher in New York when it all happened, she and the rest of her colleagues went to the library to watch it unfold live while the students were placed on lockdown (they were far enough from the city to which it was safe to be there but to be on guard) School was canceled after that and everyone got the go home early It was truly a traumatic day for so many people and families

I was there back in 1999. I had an eerie feeling going all the way up their elevators. For some reason they felt incredibly unsafe. I remember seeing the amazing view from a bar near the top floor on one of the towers. The bartender was saying something about drinking age in New York being lower with parent supervision or something. Fast forward a couple years when I was sitting in my high school history class. Mr. Denbow rolled a TV in front of us with live video of one of the towers with a smoke plume coming from it. He just said “We were attacked today.” One of my classmates was crying when she heard about the Pentagon since her dad worked there. Classes were cancelled for the rest of the day. Then I had to tell my Dad everything that happened when I got home because for some reason, he hadn’t heard any of the news all day.

Not a single person tasked to do the work in the last 21 years has come out, had a slip of the tongue, accidentally said something to a friend at an Applebees happy hour, or had a change of heart and decided to spill the beans? Or is it possible, that that same massive, inefficient, slow, barely coordinated government failed to notice some Saudis skip out on the landing portion of flight school and take advantage of some lax airport security? The likelihood of mere chance is far greater than that of some enormous diabolical scheme. We don't live in a Bond movie.

I went to the 9-11 museum recently...it was incredibly done...the work that went into that museum and the stories it shares you will never forget...it hit home for me as I was flying at the exact time it happened along the east coast and I was and still am a flight attendant for United.

I visited the buildings once with family. It was in the summer of 1981. Instead of going to the observation deck, we splurged to get happy hour snacks at the North Tower restaurant, Windows on the World, the maitre'd seated us right next to one of the windows. It was incredible, but I didn't like being inside the building. It was too big, somehow (even though I've been up in the old Sears Tower and other massive skyscrapers). I did not like these towers. I didn't like the elevators. The personality of the building was very cold. I would never have gone back, even if people wanted me to. Twenty years later, it happened. I think there must have been people up on the observation deck of the South Tower when the North was hit. I hope the staff forced all the visitors to go down immediately. I still can't believe that the Port Authority told office workers to go back to their offices because it was "safe."

I was 13 in school when this happened. Still breaks my heart. I can’t imagine the fear people had! I’m extremely afraid of heights and knowing people jumped is so heartbreaking. Even tho it’s been many years later I still remember this happening like it was yesterday.

Late afternoon of 9/10/2001, I belatedly realized my first car payment on the car I bought the previous month was due that day, and to avoid a late payment, I decided to walk to the Chase Bank branch in 5 WTC to make a payment in-person (which was the smaller 8 story building attached to 1 WTC/North tower). I have never forgotten (nor ever will) that stroll across the WTC plaza (seen in the beginning of this clip from 0:35-0:45) on that rainy late afternoon of Sept. 10. I don't think I saw a single other person on my last walk through the WTC (I was running late the next morning and stuck in Hoboken Train station when the attack begun) and felt like I had the plaza to myself. I can still remember glancing up at the buildings in a bit of awe as I always did, and never imagining that approximately 16 hours later, it would be the site of unimaginable tragedy and such grotesque atrocities/horrors. God bless the people who died that awful day or were forever traumatized by it.

And that's a time I'd rather live in. Sure, we would have stuff like Hololens or the A380, but I'd prefer living thee and playing a game boy instead of an iPhone on the way home from school any day.

they couldnt see where they were going because of the smoke, their brain was just telling them that that needed to get away from the heat and all of them accidently walked out the broken/open windows

@@scrimshawmassacre To be honest I think that people knew that there was no way on them making it out alive all the way at the top so I think they’re main thing was rather dying an ‘easier’ way by jumping out then dying a horrible death slowly burning by fire and the heat was already unbearable and unbreathable
