I have the On3 kit on my 2013 Silverado. I've only had 2 issues and it was because I was running over 14lbs boost. The waste gate was letting boost creep with the 15lb spring and the crossover pipe blew out at the flex connection. I installed a Tial waste gate and replaced the flex connection. I've been running 19lbs boost for over a year as my daily driver without issues after i fixed it.

Debating buying a kit for my 2011. Do u think the placement was the issue or just the wastegate? I can order a tial gate and could put another on the crossover too. I know it’s a old video hopefully ur still on the tube

On3 makes a kit for foxbody's, i think im going to try it in my Fairmont. Was gonna try an make my own kit from truck manifolds an the denmah package from vs racing but im not so sure my welding skills are up to that plus i like that on3 comes with just about everything you need, lets just hope it all fits nice an no blow outs or boost creeping.

If you wouldn't purchase their kit who would you recommend

I’m still debating for my 2000 5.3 Silverado on whether I should get a Procharger D1SC, Magnuson TVS1900, or this On3 kit. I love the sound of turbos and blow off valves and this kit seems pretty decent so with a little persuasion, I will more than likely go with this kit lol.

how did you tune it? I mean did you buy a credit to unlock the computer? what tuner did you use? Hp or speed density?

I haven't had any boost creep with my 2 kits I've used. I guess I'm just lucky. 25k miles in the last year on my kit and the flex joints are the only issues. Defiantly change the flex joints on the crossover for sure

How would you move the wastegate position with the on3 kit? (It sems that was your biggest concern) I am considering the on3 kit for my 04 suburban. Would I need to bump the stall converter? Its a weekend boat tow truck.

Do you keep the factory mass air Sensor with the kit?

Was the wastegate hole on the header offset more to one bank collector than the other? Do you remember if on your older it was more centered on the merge? On3 states on their website that they improved their design. I'm assuming your second kit was the "updated" that had the problem. How did you remedy this issue? Thanks.
