Mamide cooking just absolutely awesome. Chitra is smart and organised on her work. Patti's rasam looks fragrant and delicious. A very capable team of cooks.proud of you all. It's a long time since I've listened to the Brahmin dialect of Tamil with a little Malayalam combined. Brings back my days in Nagercoil with my Brahmins friends. Now am settled in my native Kerala.

Really.. how much of patience our mothers have.. if they haven't worked this hard to sustain and support us everyday with unlimited work at home among which cooking is just one thing of many things they do all day starting from sunrise to late night, that too cooking three to four times a day most importantly, 'with love', without any break or holiday, we wouldn't definitely not be doing what we are doing now. We get break from work on festivals, celebrations and holidays, but they get double or triple work on these days.. In this life, we cannot repay our mothers, but only thing we should do is spending time with them and closely observe their needs (because they don't even ask what they want) Love you, Amma 😘🙏 #tears #homesick

For puli inji...I normally grind chilli and ginger. Just pulse it in mixie along with little puli. In such case no one will remove the ginger or green chilli and taste will be very good. I learnt it after my wedding
