Special Sadya Style Vada Koottu Curry :-
Ingredients:-
1. Water - 4 to 5 Cups
2. Jaggery - 1/2 Kg
3. Water - 1/2 Cup
4. Ada - 200 to 250 gms
5. Ghee - 1 Tbs
6. Coconut - 1 Big (Grated)
7. Sugar - 1/2 Cup
8. Additional Ghee - 1 Tbs
9. Coconut Milk (Second Extract) - 2 Cups
10. Coconut Milk (First Extract) - 1 Cup
11. Cardamon Powder - 1 Tsb
12. Additional Ghee - 2 Tbs
13. Cashew Nuts - 50 gms
14. Raisins (Kismis) - 50 gms

അടപ്രഥമൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്ന് ആലോചിക്കുമ്പോഴേ പേടി ആയിരുന്നു... പക്ഷെ ഇത്രയും ശാന്തമായും എളുപ്പത്തിലും അടപ്രഥമൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്ന് പഠിപ്പിച്ചു തന്ന ചേച്ചിക്ക് ഒരായിരം നന്ദി.........

ഞാനിന്ന് ഒട്ടുമിക്ക കറികളും mam ന്റെ റെസിപ്പി പ്രകാരമാണ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയത്... തിരുവന്തപുരത്തു നിന്നും ദുബായിലേക്ക് വന്ന ശേഷം നാട്ടിലെ നാടൻ സദ്യകളൊക്കെ വല്ലാതെ miss ചെയ്തിരുന്നു... ഇന്ന് അതേ സ്വാദും മണവും നിറവും ഗുണവുമുള്ള അനേകം വിഭവങ്ങൾ ഞാനുണ്ടാക്കി.... ഒക്കെ മാം കാരണമാണ് എന്ന് അഭിമാനത്തോടെ തന്നെ പറഞ്ഞോട്ടെ... ഒക്കെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി ഷെയർ ചെയ്തതിന് ഹൃദയത്തിൽ തൊട്ട സന്തോഷവും നന്ദിയും അറിയിക്കുകയാണ് ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി... പാചകം ഒരു കലയാണ്. അത് പകർന്നു കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ കൂടുതൽ വീട്ടമ്മമാർക്കും പാചകം ഇഷ്ട്ടപെടുന്ന ആളുകൾക്കും വലിയൊരു സഹായമാണ്. Full സപ്പോർട്ടും ഉണ്ടാകും.

Mam many many thanks. മാമിന്റെ full onam series ഉം ഞാൻ കണ്ടു. Screenshot എടുത്തു വച്ചു ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. എല്ലാ ഓണത്തിനും അമ്മ യാണ് main ആയി എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പുതിയ വീട്ടിൽ ആണ്. പായസം സേമിയ മാത്രം ഞാൻ മുൻപ് വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതും instant mix. But ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ 3 പായസവും വച്ചു. പിന്നെ എല്ലാ കറികളും സൂപ്പർ ആയി വച്ചു. Its just because of u mam. എന്റെ husband ഉം കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളും ഒരുപാട് തവണ നന്നായി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മനസ് നിറഞ്ഞു mam. പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപെട്ടത് കൂട്ടുകറി ആയിരുന്നു. വടയും ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. എന്റെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ഓണം ആയി മാറി ഇപ്പോളത്തെത്. Only because of u mam. എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ സന്തോഷം ഞാൻ അറിയിക്കുന്നു mam. 😍😍😍😍😍

അടപ്രഥമൻ വളരെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. കുറച്ചു പഞ്ചസാര ചേർത്തപ്പോൾ രുചിക്ക് നല്ല മാറ്റം വന്നു. അറിവ് മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് പകർന്നു തന്ന അദ്യാപികക്ക് നന്ദി.

Thank You So Much. The tip of adding sugar is something unique and looks too good. I will try that. In fact I make Ada Pradhaman with a little bit of difference. I add Sabudana as well. I soak both Sabudana and Ada overnight with a bit of water, (the water should be completely soaked by the morning) and then cook them in 1 teaspoon of Coconut oil. As they become brown, and sabudana becomes transparent, I add boiled water to them. (This is mainly because, I cook sabudana kichadi this way, by soaking it overnight). Then filter the Ada and Sabudana, and continue exactly the way you demonstrated. Well, as I love much sweetness, I try to add condensed milk at the end. (I don’t think anyone else does that, as I know that’s not the tradition. I add condensed milk on almost everything, from Kheer to Gajar ka halwa) This is a very informative video, and really thank you for the same. Missing your programs a lot at times, my mom says.
