Onboard United Polaris Business Class

Күн бұрынThis video takes you onboard the United Airlines Polaris Business Class flight from Beijing (PEK) to San Francisco (SFO) as well as inside the SFO Polaris lounge. The new 1-2-1 configuration is like an apartment in the sky! We sat in the side by side middle seats (odd-numbered). It's great for couples, but more so for privacy as you're not angled out into the aisles. The couple behind us had a lot less room and privacy. If I were flying solo, I would still choose these seats. A great experience for the 14-hour flight with amenities, privacy, comfort and delectable choices for your meal options.

Great video! Will be flying this to SE Asia spring of next year! How was your experience with the FA’s customer service and food? I was really excited for the new Polaris but have been seeing a lot of negative reviews of rude flight attendants, bad food, long wait times for drinks and requests, and that the help yourself “snack bar” was never stocked nor were ice cream Sunday’s given out and that they took aware the warm grilled cheese and soup snack? (all advertised on their website as part of the ticket). I see people say they don’t stock enough of the bed pads and he’ll pillows also, and that the first 3-4 rows of Polaris over head bin spaces were used up by FA luggage? Most reviews are at-least a few months old or older so I’d love your up to date review and input!! The seats look so cool, just don’t want poor service/food to dampen the awesome ambiance!

FloridaSeaLife0 Thanks so much! My flight attendant as well as my husband’s were fantastic. I always had a full beverage. (I do like my bubbly!) My husband was given hot noodles for his snack. He never got up to get a snack at the self service snack bar because the attendant asked if there was anything she could get for him. I didn’t use the snack bar on this round either because I was full from my meal that included a scallop appetizer, main course and dessert. All in all it was an outstanding trip with great staff, food, comfort and amenities. I’ve had my fair share of bad FA customer service in first class no less, but this was really a dream flight. Szu-Moy Toves that’s fantastic to hear!!! I had the option of flying ANA which I’ve heard amazing things about, but I’m going to keep my round trip with Polaris and give it a whirl!! I am so excited for those seats paired with some champagne!! Thanks again for your video review!!!

FloridaSeaLife0 You’re so very welcome! I’m glad you enjoyed it and hope you have as much fun as we did! 13 hours goes by really quickly on these birds! ANA and EVA are both very good, but I’ve become accustomed to United and the fact that these are new and private... it’s the best! Enjoy!

eidorian101 The food was eaten promptly. My apologies for forgoing the cuisine onboard. It was tasty and the selection was fantastic. I did have the scallops! Amazing!
