What is the "employee portal" on the back end?

Hi Joy - We are a small biz with exactly the issue you touch on - trying to streamline onboarding. We recently moved over to Workspace. I'm a big fan of Google tools. I built a nice employee timesheet system that works very well. Question for you: In your onboarding scenario where the Emp completes documents, are the documents like i9 sitting in a space and simply waiting for the Emp to complete? Would the Emp have to print them to complete and then scan to upload or be able to complete in soft format? Thank you.

Also, when the files are uploaded, where do they go? Can we create a folder for each new hire and anything they upload goes into that folder? -Thank you

@@russellbaker3525 Hi Russell! Thank you for your questions! The documents are sitting inside of Jenny (the end user's) Google Drive. Once she is done with them, she can upload them into the Google Form, where copies of her documents are now uploaded into the Organization's Google Drive storage system. Google Drive will automatically create a new folder for each employee that uploads their own set of forms, all inside of the Organization's Drive storage system. Happy to speak further on this!

@@joyliuhoyt1064How do we ensure she has those forms to upload? Do we provide them to her before-hand blank via email where she will print and sign and upload them into her personal drive like the above comment asked? Thank you!
