You can definitely use eggs past the "expiration date"! You'll want to test them in water. If they sink onto their side, they are still very good. If they sink but are standing upright, you have a week or so left, and if they float they are bad!

I don't know if you'd want to do this but I use freezer paper to put my meat in the freezer. I'm trying to use less plastic. I get the Reynold's Freezer Paper.

Rinse strawberries in vinegar and water then part a little paper towel on bottom and top of strawberries they will last forever it seems

I used to hate the Cadbury creme eggs now I love them! I need to get jars for my berries, you said snap peas work well in jars? I feel like they go bad before I can eat them and I don’t buy many of them. I need to start making my life easier and separating things when I put things away

Meghan, I saw a video about cilantro. It showed if you put your cilantro in a container, put an egg, yes an egg in the container and it absorbs the moisture! I was shocked!!!! I will try it and let you know. The reason I even thought about doing it was because I forgot about my cilantro one week, it was shoved in the back with a plastic bag over the top. Something started to smell and after taking everything out I realized it was the water in the cup! Oh it was so so bad! Never again! My MISTAKE, I will always remember 😅 I so respect that you and your back can do all this shopping and then take your time and be so meticulous about putting everything last thing away!😮 May Hid always bless you and your beautiful family.

Strawberries won't mold if you rinse them in 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water.

It can be a challenge to figure it all out. I don’t have a video just talking about each shelf, but in my grocery prep videos I talk through what goes where. I keep large items - boxes of cereal/snacks together, cans together, baking items, etc. For me, I like to keep things in categories, then find the shelf that will fit it.
