The sleek leather jacket is better for Jaw's from what I've tested. Shaman is more for the sniper. That damage is a little low. Deadshot on the pants with good perks will help

For every 1+ Meter you are from the target you gain 2% unstable bomber damage (I do not know if there is a limit to the range but I would assume it is pretty generous)

You can get it from i believe in the Siren Head Silo X1(I think ill have to check if that the name of that silo)

you could try three strike on legs not bis but the 30% dammage first 3shot after reload couls work not the best tho, but on boots covered advance 2 0% dmg/status dmg for 30sec every 6 sec is big

Great suggestion I actually only just read that mod correctly. I thought it was the moment you take damage the buff disappeared but that is not the case and would suggest anyone to use this mod as free damage boost.

it is competent build for pve and pvp but there are other builds for pve that will out dps this build, this is souly meant to make the other player disappear from your screen as fast as they came on it.(PREDATOR BUILD IS A GREAT OPTION)

as far as I'm aware I hovered over all the gear and explained majority of the nuance of the build and my reasoning for the choices I made. (which some rn now I realise are sub-optimal but more than serviceable) if you tell me what details you would like to know and i would be more than happy to go over them in an update video or just in the comments.
