HEAVEN

An endless darkness of the abyss was before me, I hear a voice echoing out of it,. The song was enchanting, making me slowly take steps forward because of curiosity, it was hypnotic, I couldn't stop as the song kept going. Every step forward makes the voice louder and louder. I thought I was near but I suddenly heard other voices "Wake up!" I heard a voice call to me, it kept repeating, making their voices loud enough for me to hear, but the song was louder than the voices. The nagging noises of the people kept bugging me, still telling me to wake up, but the song was far more my interest rather than wake up to reality. The song was finally clear as I heard the melody clear, I was close to seeing the lady with such a beautiful voice. I finally saw a glimpse of faint light from afar, I thought I was finally near, but... No one was singing... there was no one there. Just an axe that lay near a cut Juniper tree, I wondered if everything was just a joke, I laughed, thinking it was a prank "Haha...! Very funny you guys, you can come out now! You win!" I said recieving no reply. Just then I hear the song again getting closer to me, I heard the sound of grass coming from the left. I panicked whether I should go back to the void but when I turned back all I saw was the forest, the birds were chirping with the melody of the song as it gets louder and louder. I ran to the opposite way as the voice was getting closer and closer with each second I wasted on deciding whether I should see the lady or run away. My stupid self ran away without any second thoughts. I ran and ran through the forest which seemed never ending. And the voice getting closer to me. I panicked and hid behind one of the trees, I sighed of relief thinking I escaped from the lady for now, until the voice got louder until it was just 5 feet away from me. I gulped and sweated as my heart was thumping loudly, scared that she might see me. But as I do this, my curiosity grows, and I looked at her... "S-She's... an entity..." I thought to myself with worry, turning back to hide my face just before crimson eyes came staring at the tree I hid behind on, Maybe I should've woke up, I thought with regret and guilt. I heard the faint sounds of the grass coming closer to me, my eyes widened as I continued to run away from her, this time catching up to me. I looked back seeing an eerie smile as she catches up to me slowly. I tripped on a twig. I hear the singing stopped, the entity looking at me. I closed my eyes not wanting to make eye contact. She continued the song as she got closer to me. Her eyes staring at me again that sent chills down my body. Her breathing was getting louder, and I could hear voices... voices of people I know. I thought to myself... "Why am I hearing these voices now...? Is she...". I was now scared, I picked myself up continuing to run, making her continue the pursuit. I saw the dark void again, I wanted to go in but when I blinked, I saw a village. A village with... headless and limbless people with blood that trailed them as they "walked". I shook my head, I swore I saw the dark abyss as I ran towards it, how could it be gone? "What's going on?!" I said, making the entity catch the attention of my voice, coming towards me as she sang the song again. I looked back and saw her red eyes, I continued to run through the village. The bloody corpes turning their bodies to see me running away. They wanted to follow me but they changed their mind as they had more important things to attend to. She was close again, I panicked and ran faster than I could, not even thinking of stopping for a break. My life matters more than my stamina, I needed to get close as she is like Death catching up to take my life. I saw a dead-end, just a cliff in front of me. I heard the singing get louder now. I looked for a way to get out of here but there was no other way to get out of the situation. I climbed on the rocky cliff, trying to escape from the entity. I failed but by the time I tried to stand up, I felt a hand on my shoulder. *Was this finally the end?* (Lmao im bad at writing but have this story I thought of and wrote it instead of folding my laundry, have a good day/afternoon/evening/night :>)
