Goddam, this movie and soundtrack are indelibly etched in my mind. Saw it for the first time at the age of 5 in 1969 and have never tired of watching it. This is where cinema becomes art Unbelievable!

I saw this movie in the cinema as a kid when I was about 7 more than 45 years ago and ever since it has become the favourite movie of mine. I have seen lots of great films but no other film has made a greater impression on me than once upon a time in the west. I have always loved Morricone's film scores including this film's magnificent score. He has always been my favourite film music composer. Then some decades later when internet became available I found out during one search for Ennio that I was born on the same day, November 10, as him only in a different year. What a magical coincidence I was completely unaware of while listening to his film compositions endlessly.

One of the most beautiful movie of all time. Henry Fonda, Claudia Cardinale, Jason Robards roles was amazing and Charles Bronson as Harmonica was just the perfection for me. Sergio Leone script is beautiful and the soundtrack of Morricone is breathtaking great tribute man !

I saw this movie as a kid. Now, I am an old man and seen this movie several times over the years, and yet, it remains one of the few movies I never get tired of watching, no matter how many times I have seen it. As far as I'm concerned, Sergio Leone and Ennio Morricone was the perfect partnership between sight and sound in the world of cinema.

Sometimes the superb ingenuity of the soundtrack surpasses the fantastic visual composition off a film such as this from Ennio Morriconi and this epic will go down in history as possibly the best western movie ever made and thank god for the likes of Sergio Leone and Ennio Morricone who made this piece of cinematic history possible.

The same for me. I am a 70 plus male, and still cry each time I hear the main theme.This must be one of the top three film scores of all time, if not the best Morricone was a genius. Also listen the the soundtrack of CINEMA PARADISO, I cry to that as well!!

This was such a great movie and was so very underrated. I consider it one of the best movies ever made. Even just the scenery, the way it was filmed was very unique. The sounds you will never forget and the acting was great too. I don't know why it did not do well in the theaters because it's a fantastic film. I highly recommend it.

Maravillosa película, prácticamente me crié viendo películas del western americano, como "Ahora mí nombre es nadie", El bueno, el malo y el feo" " Por unos dólares más" Etc. A veces las veo de nuevo, reconfortan mi corazón y mi alma. Hoy, con 56 años de edad me emociono cuando escucho los main themes de cada una de ellas. Como fiel admirador y un poco conocer de la historia del Far West poseo mí sombreros de Cowboys, mí Ruger Súper Blackhawk .44Mg, mis pañuelos de cuello, botas, Rifle Winchester, en fin... Cuántas cosas más. No lo quiero aburrir con lo mio... Gracias por subir este video cilp

The ever best movie. The best director, the best actors, the best musicians, the best soundtrack, the best actions. Overall, it was a masterpiece movie of that time when I was a student, may be in class IV or V.

Absolutely! Was listening to his music - some of it ! on ABC Classic FM last night! Beautiful, incredible music in it's own right but moving also because I grew up watching, with my father who saw it as part of his mission in life as a father I think to educate me on the classic movies! - Bond (with Connery).,, the Godfather movies & the so called 'spaghetti westerns" starring Clint Eastwood, westerns with John Wayne and the classic Shane!

This was made during a time when movies were damn awfully good. The actors, the music, the scenery and of course the story itself. There were many westerns made during this era, some fantastic as well, but as many times that I watch this one, I keep realizing that this was perhaps the best Western ever made! I still am in awe of Claudia's beauty and Fonda as the bad guy, go figure!

I'm in my mid 40s and I've watched it 4xs, saw it last yr for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with the music and the Cinematography.. It is my most favorite film by Sergio and the music by Ennio is the best.. Two geniuses collaborating made a beautiful film that I believe cannot be compared to any other western ...
