@consciousboost
@consciousboost 2 ай бұрын
@cevinthegreat I've been in banking for 15 yrs, and then crossed over to wealth management in my journey. But all that's required is to obtain SIE cert and apply at a broker so that you obtain series 7 and Investment advisor certification. It's a tough test but it can be done. Experience and communication skills are always important. If you have sales background and are good with people it might be a good fit

Husband and I moved out of state (to get away from toxic family) and opened our own business the minute we landed at our new home. Making way more than we have working for others. A few family members followed us to our new state 🤦🏻‍♀️ however not once even ask about how we’re doing, they just talk trash that “we too expensive”. Well, don’t need their business one bit. We’re booked out for months with new clients and recurring clients. My family can just stay wayyyy the hell where they are stuck talking all their trash while we keep on grinding 💰, no credit card balances, no car payments, paid our mortgage 1/4 in 2 yrs and hopefully we’ll be mortgaged free within 5 yrs!! To everyone, do you and don’t let anyone be negative on your goals!

", but have now accumulated a lil bit more debt." The whole system worldwide is designed to get us into debt, to spend more than we can afford. The Joneses seem to be everywhere you look. Tony the Tiger was never our friend, he was an agent for our mental manipulation. See these critters clearly and you're on your way to snatching your soul from them. They are everywhere especially your phones. I basically retired at 48 because I opened my eyes. In my mid-sixties now, living the dream in Central America.

I was doordashinf and living in my car. Making music on my computer to work out a brain injury instead of sitting in public housing and giving up, my car broke down this winter. I had to live outside in the mountains, i had to kill an addict that tried to rob me in self defense with a hatchet, i lived in an abandoned shack for months, the town wouldnt hire me and trespassed me in hopes i would just leave. Eventually found a bike and fixed it up with thrift store parts and now im wandering around vermont sleeping on the ground and making youtube videos. I have so many good ideas i cant make come to fruition without money and with AI right in our faces it feels like my creativity and perseverance will have been for nothing if i dont build a movement and get it all done ASAP. I need help making money, its not that im not driven its that i cant function in a sit around job like subway. I lose my mind. Im built to live outside and travel taking to people

From Atlanta GA! I just found your page, and I’m so thankful! I’m new to this - work for Amazon and just had a huge payout from my largest stock vest of 4 years. This money will be used to change my life - so I’m soaking it all in like a sponge! Thank you for all you do! Looking forward to learning more from you! As a totally new woman that is on a financial overhaul - anyone in my new community want to share some advice on how to begin seeing gains quickly and then continue the momentum? I have the 2k saved - so I will begin paying off my debt immediately as Chris mentions! My heaviest weight are definitely student loans. Starting with my smallest balance tomm!

Bought calls deep in the money, they are very expensive, but the Delta is high. Do not invest in options until you know how. Keep watching Chris, and remember there is no getting rich quick in this game! I had to risk over 10k to make that $2900. It could have went the other way and I could have lost big too!

We are mortgage free at age 58 & 60, nine years early. I left my job and transferred my 401K to 2 Roth IRAs. I manage the smaller one with 3 different high dividend stocks and my Vanguard is doing well. I have more than 125K in CDs. We have one CC that I use and pay in full each time so it stays locked and loaded with zero balance. I love your suggestion on demanding a higher yield APY on CDs because I will face one of my 12 mth 100k CDs maturing soon and my bank no longer offer 6mth CDs or 4.7 to 5% APY. Good word.

Good advice! Wish I had known this in my 20's! I have 2 paid off houses, and a condo that I am leasing out. I was advised to keep the condo as passive income, and the rate is only about 4%. I was going to retire at the end of the year (63), currently working 4 days a month, to have something to do, lol. I still have debt (less than 10k) because I had to update things on my houses. It made me very nervous! Very nervous!! I grew up poor😢.

Because of that I fear not having enough money and save as much as possible. I’m 20 years old, debt free, 753 credit score, and just a little over 20k in savings. I feel like the “likes” will go up on their own just by dropping the nuggets. Just by being a genuine person, youll get those likes. Asking for them every couple of minutes to me at least makes me not want to like it. Because it’s not just to reach and help others. It so KZfaq will pay you more which is fine and you deserve it! But you don’t need to ask for it, it’ll just come by helping others so much. Stay safe all!!!! Great video thanks!

Glad you came across my algorithm!❤ Just got my Navy Fed accounts and opened up a certificate, not really knowing much about it other than it's supposed to yield higher interest. The only debt I have is student loan and parking tickets. I really want to get into real estate next year and prepping to do so. 5:49 I agree I said from now on.... anything that has an annual payment option... I'm taking that option. It's a little more upfront but that's 12 months you don't have to worry about it, and frees up ya money to invest in other things.

Nothing nefarious my brotha, as i know what exceptional skills you must possess to rise above in this color coded society. I know. Trust that. I'm from the hoods of St.Louis myself. No sense in contention. Question, what are you doing to hedge against Inflation, or the inevitable collapse of our Fiat dollar? Gold, or other precious metals? Copper coming up. Aluminum temp down. See Alcoa stock price, though aluminum just classified as essential metal. What percentage of portfolio would you put, if any, in Ai, drone applications, taxi, personal transport like Joby Aviation..etc. your thoughts on the end of the petro dollar, and how this may effect the value of dollar?
