The Presence is not equivalent to the one above all, the Presence has admitted himself that there are entities more powerful than him, the Overmonitor is more powerful than the Presence, the character who is equivalent to the one above all in DC is called the Writer.

@@CharlieCordero No, wrong. 2 mistakes in your statement. 1st, he is not really omnipotent since there are beings more powerful than him. Him stated as omnipotent is no different than the Spectre stated as omnipotent, or Odin stated as omnipotent,...etc. it's not true omnipotence. 2nd, Infinite also doesn't mean omnipotent, since there are different levels of infinities, for example in geometry a 3D Infinite universe is smaller than a 4D Infinite universe, and in algebra the number of how many natural numbers which is Infinite is smaller than the number of how many Real numbers. Also, back to comics, there are tons of characters who are stated to be Infinite yet some are more powerful than others
