And Chelsea, you tap the 3 dots in top right hand corner of the video while it's loading and the option to change the quality will appear. Start with the lowest quality and work up, it will still play at 720 quality!

I had a glitch but exited out of full screen mode and refreshed and it worked. Try shutting your browser and trying again :)

If you can't see this and you're getting an error code, I received this message back from my network: "KZfaq said that there are some temporary issues with mobile playbacks. One of their data centers is in planned maintenance, and the only mobile-friendly copies of particular videos are stored there. So it should be fixed soon? If the issue is there in a week let me know and I will follow up with KZfaq again." Sooo…. these two videos should be viewable soon ish. At least within a week hopefully!

I know this may sound weird but I like that you actually pull your hair back and really seem to be focused on what your doing and not just staring at yourself. Lol A lot of you tubers keep fixing their hair or it seems like it's in the their way when they are putting makeup on. You seem so down to earth

Aah your eyelashes are sooooo beautiful, and that may sound super stupid (You know, "loving" someones eyelashes, like seriously?!) but it's true and I just had to say it haha. Just discovered your channel btw, and you totally made me a makeup freak, but I'm still a bit geeky, so you learn me an awful lot at the moment. I think I lately spend around the 200 euros on make up products (yep, you definitely robbed my wallet with your awesomeness) My dad went to NY so he took some MAC products with him for me (foundation, concealer, fluid line and 2 lipsticks, which were soooo hard to choose, because there are so many gorgeous colors. I went for Costa Chic and Ruby Whoo finally…) And I bought 2 brush collections (core and starter by Real Techniques). Also I love nude colors, but the Urban Decay palettes are soooo hard to get to in the Netherlands, so I did bought a sort of dupe (W7 in the buff palette it is called) Aaaaand I bought 2 Sleek palettes because you were so happy about them and the price was shockingly affordable and easy to get in Holland as well, so I ordered the Sunset and Naturel palette. "Unfortunately" I needed to spend 10 euros more to get free shipping, so I bought Wet n Wild megalasting lipstick in Just Peachy and the illuminating go bronzer by Wet n Wild as well. I don't know why I am all telling this, but I'm just excited I guess haha. Also I would love to start a beauty kind of youtube account as well (to show my improvements and chitchat about beauty and stuff) , but I'm just too scared I guess that nobody wants to watch me or something, or that my family and friends are going to make fun of me, etc,etc. Anyways, I love watching your videos and you're a great inspiration for me, so keep up the good work, you are gorgeous!

Out of all the beauty KZfaqrs I've subscribed to, you have the strongest passion for makeup. You love affordable brands, but you're also not afraid to splurge on high-end goodies. I love how adventurous you are with makeup and how you churn out so many videos in a week. Whatever you throw on your face would always turn out totally gorg. I don't have the patience to sit through a 20min video, but if it's from you, it's a different story. I don't think I'll ever get tired of you

Hope you feel better beautiful! Try this for your ears: Warm up some olive oil, put it in a dropper and drop 1-2 drops while it's warm in each ear just make sure it goes in well. It's amazing! I do it for my daughter whenever she gets an ear infection. It stops it in its tracks!! She usually cries so bad from the pain but when I do this for her, she wakes up soooo much better! Also warm up a towel in the dryer and put it on your pillow and sleep on it while it's warm (or you can use those water bags) and just make sure it's warm and put a towel on it sleep on the side of the ear that is infected. The warmth will ease up the pain and all of the congestion will come out. xo (Sorry if I am being so mothery :P)

Changing the quality from something lower back to 720p on iPhone worked for me :) also, I'm irish and I've been using the collection concealer for so long, its my holy grail, but since its always been a readily available brand i never cared much for it, but after this video ill definitely have to check out more of their stuff!

I've tried the black fast stroke eyeliner and their cover up stick and both products are amazing. Definatley one of the best drugstore brands over here in the UK. You've persuaded me to look at more of their products, love this look Shannon x

Hey I'm from England and whenever I used to go into the 'drugstore' I would never pay much attention to Collection because it's so cheap but I have to say over time I have grown to really like some of their products. I have the vanilla sky crayon which is amazing and stays put as does the felt tip eyeliner another favourite of mine. I have never got on with the mascara though. Thanks for a great video xx

i've tried the collection metallic cream eyeshadow in copperpot, it's gorgeous~ their cream eyeshadow formula gives u a couple of seconds to blend the edge then sets and doesn't budge at all.

I love that concealer in cool medium for under my eyes, it cancels out the clue tones so well. I need the warm tone for my blemishes though.

did this look yesterday. used a wet gel liner from elf then popped a purple shadow over from sleek V2 matte. same color lip. it came out awesome. thanks guuuuurl.

Collection is readily available here in the UK but the products are a bit hit or miss for me. I love the fact its so affordable but some of their shadows/face products are horrifying. Still this video inspires me to give them another go seeing as you look so good with them!

So happy you done this video! I was in the supermarket the other day looking at them and I was thinking they can't be that good and be that cheap! I got the purple/plum nail polish and I was very impressed its glossy and long lasting for drugstore. After this video im definitely going to try the lipstick and concealer!! Love your videos means I dont waste money on products I only wear once!! And your such a babe xox
