Fun fact about Josiane Comeau: she first auditioned in 2019, and no one turned for her at the time. Her father, who accompanied her, was given the opportunity by the host to audition and he ended up reaching the semi-finals of that season. Josiane came back the following year, got only one chair to turn for her and won the whole thing ! :)

Don’t forget that often the reason not everyone turns for an amazing voice is a (almost) full team.

Yes, but the only one who had a full team here was Ollie. All the other coaches were able to turn.

Yes! And sometimes they think one of the other coaches would be perfect for the performer so they just don’t turn even though they know it’s great.

« SOS d’un terrien en détresse » is notorious in French-speaking countries for being an effing difficult song to sing because of the range. I was floored by this performance. Because it’s already hard enough in one’s mother tongue, but in a foreign language…… Wow.

The first one has such an incredible voice and vibe. It's fascinating to listen to. I'm glad to learn he won in the end, it was deserved. Plus I discovered a great song, "Make it rain". I need this in my playlist.

The only person that can promote, or block you, is you, yourself! If you say you can't, you are absolutely right. Game over! If you really believe in yourself you are the only person you need to cheer you on. All the others don't much matter. As in the Wizzard of Oz. 'Remember Dorothy, you always could! You always had the power!' Which was the whole message or point of that movie!!! Dorthy ALWAYS had the power!!! And so do, or so should, YOU!!!

@@nonameDman92 Franchement, il faut être indulgent, je trouve qu'il prononce plutôt bien le français comparé à certains autres étrangers, on comprend 90% de tous les môts. En tous cas, il fait honneur à ce grand artiste au grand coeur qu'était Daniel Balavoine en interprétant cette magnifique chanson dans l'esprit de son auteur. Penses-tu que l'on pourrait trouver sur le net, un français chanter bien en russe ? mon sourire en dit long :)

dont forget that just because a judge didnt turn doesnt mean they didnt like the contestant. They're meant to be coaches afterall and if they don't feel they could coach the person, they wouldnt turn
