one day in a wheelchair

After my accident 2 years ago I couldn't move my legs for over 1 year. Then slowly my chest and but cheek muscles came back. I'm an incomplete Paraplegic th12. Also got ripped off, in the accident and they reattached it in the hospital. This is a little Shortfilm aka Traingvideo of myself and my daily routine. Every Morning I just want to stand up from my bed and start walking but that's an illusion. My brain still thinks I could walk but the nerves in my brain got cut up in my spinal cord. The Signal doesn't reach my legs. The result: I fall. I get up again and fall again. But as Rocky Balboa says: It doesn't matter how many times you fall. it only matters how often you get up and confront your dreams and fears and start to feel comfortable with the fight you have with yourself. Spinal cord injuries can happen to anyone, so we shouldn't ignore the fact. The wheelchair is a big help for us paraplegic and tetraplegic. Also, crutches and orthotics are helping me to walk again. I'm not showing everything of it in my video, but I'm will post soon more and if you have questions or demands I'm glad to answer you all questions about the wheelchair, spinal cord injury, paraplegic, and how I live with those things.

I broke both heels from a fall off a roof , wheelchair for 8 months I understand just a little bit of what y’all go through on the daily! keep up the hard work !

First of all, I've just found you and I truly admire you. Secondly, I love the part of the video when you play music via gramophone, I have one also. 3rd i love the motivational speech you gave us at the end. Nobody is motivated every day to improve himself, and that's totally okay as long as we don't give up. "It doesn't matter how many times we fall but how many times we lift ourselves up". Same here DL, This Man is such an inspiration to me. I too have some major nerve damage mainly my legs and feet, But I have seen Mr.Carnoveli push through and be so positive.

@@giulianocarnovali3405 I've lost touch with a young man i helped to rehabilitate him to be ability to be alone after a bad car accident. He was so thankful of my understanding in helping him to recover. From his total bed ridden to where you are today. Up and about and even driving again with the help of...as you put it..tools. I have no disabilities as you have...I have migraines. No drugs !! Just work it out. Sometimes its what I call...me time. Do you have me time?? When things get overwhelming. Not giving up just regrouping time ( me time ). I have the i don't know how to (quit)or I(can't) or I (don't know how)!..attitude . My sister referred to me as the Home Alone kid.!!! I come up with an idea/ salutation to everything. Or I make things happen. I told a an 83 yrs woman I meet and asked me to many questions lol...over a few glasses of wine one afternoon. And she replied. I said and did in my young life...that I should be 187 yrs old. I had to leave as my ride showed up. My question is...? Was that a compliment or in disapproval. I Love a challenge. You face a challenge and over come it when you go to bed at night. I'll bet you have a far greater story to tell then what I read and view on your blog. As I know physical therapy from the start to when someone longer needs my help as a nurse/physical therapist. AWESOMENESS....

Nice looking quality turntable. Is it a newer model or a twentieth century quartz direct drive? Mine is a Technique brand from the late 80's. It still spins accurately. Only a semi-automatic though. To start one has to raise the arm and position it over the starting track. The table starts turning as you slide the arm above the vinyl then one drops the lever where upon the arm slowly lowers onto the vinyl. Auto stop raises and returns the arm to its rest. The diamond tip needle cartridges are replaceable. I bent the original when moving one time. Not sure if they are still available but hopefully I'll never need to know. It has outlived the tuner/amplifier component that it originally sold with so I now run it through Denon equipment. Best wishes for your physical progress.
