the first verse was niall but the chorus was harry and he didn't sing again the whole song. funny you say that it sounds like niall solo music since he often covers it on tour

Fool's Gold is one of Liam's favorites songs, Niall recorded a solo version, Louis watched Niall performing it live and he was all proud of him... This song is GOLD!

Actually, Niall only sang the first verse. Harry carried the chorus the whole time and the other boys picked up the rest of the verses. Niall doesn't sing for the rest of the song except for the harmonies. If you do want a version where Niall is only singing......that is already arranged😏 bc Niall sings this on his solo tour and also has a studio version of only him singing it

I LOVE this song! Harry sang the first chorus and led the other choruses. You should watch the lyric videos, so you can see who sings what. I have to laugh, because the choruses are so clearly Harry.

Fool’s Gold is one of their best songs in my opinion. All five of them have writing credits on this song. This is why ‘FOUR’ is my second favourite of their albums, there’s a lot of hidden gems 💎

Yeah, I feel this is such a Niall song too. And he did sing it on his own as well later. Soooo good. I love this song. but it was Harry that came in in the chorus. Niall started then Harry and then Liam and then a lil Louis and then back to Harry. Great reaction! Hahha, but yes, the clips to this song is a weird move for whoever did it. Doesn't fit at all. Glad it didn't distract you from the beauty of this song. :)

No it's not mostly Niall singing, he started it out. Most of the song is Harry singing the chorus ( w/high notes), with Zayn and Louis and Liam having their parts. The lyric video from little peach is nice because it shows who's singing. The song Harry was 'dancing' to was "Little White Lies".

There’s a version where they show who sings which part. But it’s mostly Niall and Harry. I searched for concert version and only thing I found was a clip of Harry announcing their new Album and track 6 will be released day early and it was Fool’s gold. Niall has acoustic version, and we have this version. I love your reaction, made me love this song even more , if it’s even possible.

As others have said, Niall has performed this on his tour. There's a video out there where he lets the fans sing the chorus, and it sounds so incredibly beautiful, the fans were ON POINT that day. (There's also one where they're terribly off, it's a funny contrast. XD) Still waiting for the Olivia reaction btw! :D :D

This song is incredibly beautiful, one of my favorites.I was so excited when I saw this here! Niall does seem meant for it vocally , he sings it with perfection. To me, it sounds like a Harry written song of that time period, does that seem right? I think I read that H and Jamie Scott mostly wrote it. Thank you!
