Watch out for gold that looks too yellow. Asian people like gold that is high karat, like 18-20-22 karat and it always looks fake to me because it is so bright a yellow. It’s worth taking the time to check it out.

I lived in Asia for a while - my former colleagues would not have been seen dead in anything less than 22 carat gold. I even have some 24 carat pieces - I don't wear them back in the UK where they look fake but I know they're real. They're a bit like an insurance policy with a clasp!

I saw dentures and thought... Halloween pumpkin insert! The giggle would be worth the buck Jack paid for the locker all by itself. 35:33 Kului nut Hawaiian wedding necklace. That's the one for the man. The real ones can sell for a few bucks. You wear it over a Hawiian shirt for "dress-up" formal wear, if a guy needs to get fancier than long pants with his button-down shirt.

Have you ever tried using hairspray to remove the ink marks from a purse. It's what we used back in the day. Spray it on and rub it til the ink is gone.

The B-24 Liberator tee shirt surprised me - my mother helped build those at Consolidated Aircraft in Fort Worth, Texas, from 1942 through 1945. Like "Rosie the Riveter"!

I do hope you check those pieces you’re not sure is gold. Like other commenters have mentioned the higher carat gold is very yellow and not always marked. ✌🏼❤️

It makes going out to yard sales, flea markets, and doing estate sales far more enjoyable. And im now intending to go to a neighborhood yard sale at my sister's complex, and i intend to stream from there, bringing out some of my vintage items, and showing them, giving opportunity to those who'd like to buy elsewhere. Nice jackets! The leather one, depending on size and cut, could look great on the girls with a pretty long maxi dress. The wee tear on the Harley jacket I'd say is an easy fix - one could stitch an elongated patch over it. The Japanese, you probably know, have a great philosophy with repairing damaged things like ceramics, they use gold to put pieces back together. It's called Kintsugi. It's lovely, in my opinion.

I would give their things back in a box not a nice bag it’s always a treasure hunt we all have items that are valuable sometimes we just lose the connection with them.
