@@subhankarsarkar5599 ভাই চিন্তা করো না বাঙালি জুট মিল নিজের আবার বানাবে আর এই মালগুলো কে খেদিয়ে তাড়াবে, gujrat তাড়িয়েছে লাথি মেরে! আমরাও পারবো আর নতুন food technology আর industry তে focus করো, জুট অতীত! আমাদের নিজেদের বেকারী খুলতে হবে, food technology বাংলায় পথ দেখাবে! এছাড়া বাংলাতে ধিরে ধিরে change আসছে, বাঙালি ব্যাবসা শিখছে, বন্ধন bank বাঙালির কিন্তু সারা ভারতে grow করছে, বহু বাংলার রেডিমেট গার্মেন্টস kolkata, durgapur থেকে উঠে দাড়িয়ে ইউরপের বাজারে বিক্রি হচ্ছে একজন বাঙালির "হলদিয়া petrochemical" আজ ভারতের 8 টা major port অপারেট করছে! যেগুলো ভারতের major গ্যাস আর পেট্রোলিয়াম তুলছে আমার নিজের দেখা বহু লোক it industry খুলছে durgapur- Newtown গুলোতে আমাদের পারতেই হবে

Skill development centres in public pvt partnerships, R&D, incubation centres, incentivisation & tax subsides, cheap land & labour, lesser corruption & crime are key to any industrial growth. Govt of WB must ensure these and work with farmers to boost cold chain , organic farming & cluster/ cooperative farming as well as with National Bamboo Mission & Khadi Gram Udyog. Special package & promotion for MSME ( with policy revision) to boost agri & urban entrepreneurship is a must for accelerating stare economy

দাদা আমি বারাকপুর সিলপাঞ্চলে থাকি আমি জানি ভালো করে সব এখানে লোকের অভাব নেই কিন্তু অর্ধেক মিল বন্ধ এখানে নয়তো চীনা মেশিন অন্যায় কর্মচারীরা সংখ্যা কমে গেছে... আমার এলাকার অর্ধেক লোক মিলে কাজ করতো যারা আজ বসে গেছে নয়তো অনেক দূরে গিয়ে কোনো মিলে কাজ করতে হয় তাদের তাও রোজ কাজ পায়না... আপনি তথ্য দেখে নিউজ বলছেন আর যারা এইসব জায়গায় থাকে যেমন আমি তাই আমরা ভালো করেই জানি কটা মিল ছিল আগে আর আজকে কটা বন্ধ হয়ে পরে আছে বুঝলেন এমনও একটা দুটো মিল আছে ওগুলো কিছুদিনের জন্য খোলে আবার বন্ধ হয়ে যায় কদিন পরে এগুলোকি আপনি জানেন???..

The golden fibre should truly be golden Lot of people have suggested lot of things about improving the efficiency of jute mills . But my simple layman's strategy says that massive modernisation may be needed to improve productivity. Training as has been suggested should be imparted. Electronic engineers will be required to run modern machines.Second comes marketing of jute products . How many times have seen marketing of jute products in TV newspapers, etc . This us the age of marketing Govt of WB should do marketing .on all India basis. People from Maharashtra don't even know about the advantages of jute over plastics .

Why is it that the same companies pay higher wage for someone in same post in any other part of India? It's none of our business if you are not a West Bengal State resident and if you are a permanent resident of WB you have acquired bangla language as I have seen you understood the video ! Since you live in Bengal know Bangla then why asking for hindi? love Bangla!who are thoose people don't know bangla but you want them to know what developments and job opportunities are there in West Bengal ? And that is tobe by a Bengali in your language ? If you don't know bangla you are not allowed to get anything here except English ! Ever had We asked for any developmental news of Bihar UP MP jharkhand in Bengali language?? Then why don't you ask people who need to know about West Bengal, first to know Bangla language ! We don't want non Bengalis to know what development is going on in Bengal and how much jobs are creating in the soil of West Bengal that will help them to enter into Bengal and capture the jobs for Bengali sons of the soil ! Not in Hindi please Rohit da !! Already many jobs and the entire industrial belt of West Bengal has been captured by the ecomic Invader from specially hindi states ! We don't want more pressure ! Sir this is a request to you from my bottom of heart ,you please make a video of the development and job opportunities in UP Bihar Jharkhand MP Rajasthan in Bangla language so that the rest of India, the linguistic majority as the nonhindi people get know and can capture the jobs in UP and Bihar

English is suitable one as communicative language and if Hindi needs to be the communicative language then hindi speakers also need to learn the other languages because we are learning hindi but Hindi people think they need not know the other languages and if you don't need to learn you never realize the respect to be given to other's language
