My word is PROGRESS. I have been in what feels like a maintenance mode in many areas of my life so I want to do things that will show progress and move me toward actually reaching my goals. I am really looking forward to it.

Hi Di - wishing you a Happy Christmas and a Blessed 2024! I have two words. Joy is my word. After losing my daughter this year, I have been trying to find Joy everyday in the little simple things. It isn't always easy but it makes me feel better. My faith word is Trust. I am loving your set up here.

Hi Tammy, sorry for your loss. Have you read "loving what is" by Byron Katie? Currently re-reading it and it helps in accepting how things are in the present.

Another to consider is "love", embracing the love you felt for that person and using that as a tool to move through the grief.

@@sandywilliams5212 my heart goes out to you. Help was certainly what I screamed inside and out for a long time this year until I somehow decided to try to find one small amount of joy every single day. It wasn't easy but it has helped just a little over the last part of th eyear.

My word is Mom. I became a mom in 2022 and the first year just felt like chaos. I feel like I have settled into parenthood and it’s time to level up to “that mom”, the one who has it together (or at least looks like it). I know I am capable of being the mom I want to be, I just need to commit to my own transformation.

I skipped the planner but I got the sticker books! I won’t be doing a separate journal because I simply cannot commit to another creative project 😂 I plan to document my journey throughout my functional planner so I am forced to check in at least once per week when I fill out my spread lol

Haven't decided on a word yet, last year it was purpose because I wanted to buy things only if I had a purpose for them, and assign purpose to my stuff. But now I want to use my stuff, let go of the fear of needing a perfect purpose/use for it, use what I love because I love it and don't want it to get damaged and never used it. I still want to keep the mentality of not spending just because, and only in things I have purpose for but I want to be more creative, let go of perfectionism and use my stuff fully not overthink it and let creativity flow.

Hey Nilda, the word that came to mind for your purpose (get it) this year is "release". Release the imperfections, the stuff, the stagnating, the overthinking, just release and let it go.

That is really fancy. Good on you for putting it all together. I didn’t have a word but as I was watching your set-up, “possibility”popped into my head. I enjoyed your set-up video! It gave me an idea. I'm using a 6x8 kraft binder from Hobby Lobby (Story Collection?) with some page protectors and pockets, but I plan to use my Cricut Maker 3 to make some other things as well. My word this year is MANIFEST. I'm seeing what things show up and reveal themselves to me during my first full year as a retiree. It's going to be interesting.

I can’t decide on my word I actually have wordS as in more than one and I can’t decide 🤦🏻♀️ I’m stuck between Breathe and Choose. However I feel like they go together like I want to Breathe before I Choose what to dedicate my energy and anxiety to in 2024 bc in 2023 my gosh did I experience so much anxiety bc I worry about everything even things I had no control over !! So can I have two words??

how about "pause"? It fits with breathe, you have to pause before you choose, and it would help with the anxiety too. Just a suggestion ❤

@@CreativeKarmaDesign so nurture was to help my newest promotion at work and through the year carefully grow and keep healthy my new position… hope that makes sense. This next year, I want to find happiness again with everything and connect with everyone in my life. But happiness and connect just don’t fit what I’m looking for… 🤨🧐
