A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I don't know if we have any food challenges like this here in New Zealand, but from what I've seen of your efforts, the best challenge we could put up for you would be for you to eat entire 'Hangi' (Maori word - feast for a few people cooked in the ground) by yourself! When I’m eating rolls like that. I empty the filling into a bowl stand up and press down on the bread to flatten it out as much as possible. This really helps.

You know, after having watched so many of your videos, I'm hereby happy to announce that I can confirm your entire body is one big stomach. It's the only explanation as to how you can fit some of these meals (not to mention the desserts after them). @@DiamondLifer lol. Shows how much you know. English food gets a bad rep but it's not true these days. It's all about the quality of the produce and the ingredients used. English breakfast is such a broad term anyway. If it's made as cheaply as possible yeah it can be bland but not if it's done properly. The UK has some of the best food in the world these days. But it's like anywhere it depends where you go and if it's done properly.

@@LMW87MMA traveled the world bud and I live in Los Angeles where anything from all over the world can be found food wise. I don’t care about michelin stars and what chef sucked up to what journalist to get it. I usually go where the locals suggest or have sometimes taken me. Maybe the food is better than last time I was there, but it’s doubtful considering a friend who grew up in Birmingham just came back to the states after an extended stay back home and said he forgot how shitty the foods were compared to here. That says a lot especially since I don’t even think LA has the best cuisine state side. We have the best Mexican food. That’s all. I’d say New York has the best in terms of variety and quality.

Beard: you should bring a scale with you to show the viewers how much each item weighs before you eat it..... then weigh the empty plate afterward so you can deduct the total minus the plate to show the viewers how much you actually ate! That would be impressive as you estimated the two sandwiches alone weigh 2.5lbs (I’m assuming American standard) .... this way we would actually know at the end of each video! - just a suggestion, I know I wonder at the end of each video just how much u ate, plus the audience can compare it to past challenges.... and it gives them a reason to stick around till the end. - food for thought, pun intended

Amazing Adam, I'd love to see more "aerial" views of the food at the start of the challenge to get a much better idea of what you can eat, bcos you can eat !

The bread they used for the sausage bap looks like it would break your jaw! I'm not against crispy bread/baguettes but not for a sausage sandwich! You need some Hovis or something haha. Edit: not just on the sausage sandwich. All the bread looks thick af. My jaws aching just watching this.

I'm from Ireland and when I was in secondary school an English family came to live in my town and opened a restaurant. Really nice people. It was the only restaurant that I've ever known with breakfast burritos on the menu. They were delicious.

Usually competitive eaters stay away from their favorite because it’s like alcohol. Get too messed up and you’ll never drink that brand again.

How bloated do you feel/look once you’ve finished a food challenge? After I eat one standard sized meal I get bloated, so I can only imagine how uncomfortable you’d feel after your challenges. Well done on proving them wrong, Beard! #holdmybeard sounds like a good catchphrase, ha.

God those sandwiches looked terrible just because of the bread. Even with that huge sausage it was still like 60% bun. They also looked hella dry. Whoever thought that would be a good idea should be fired.
