@@phadrae161 you're right about antibiotics.. 12 years ago I got lichen planis all over my body and mouth after a second antibiotic dose.. Now 12 years later I only have a little in my mouth.. Chemical antibiotics kill you're gutt bacteria.. Just like artificial sweeteners..
