Holy cow people are actually still fighting over the results of this when I'm just in awe of how great the fight was. I'm a huge fan of JoJo and a new fan of Touhou, and with the little I know about Touhou... Yeah, DIO's lucky that he lasted as long as he did. Especially with the mess he made.

To answer the question "How did she cut off The World's arm", there's obviously the Touhou explanation of how Sakuya can see and harm spirits, but there's also a JJBA explanation as well: A Stand is normally intangible to everything except other Stands, but when attacking a physical object (like a normal person), they are temporarily tangible for the duration of the attack (or else they would just phase through the object). Basically; if a Stand can touch a normal person, then the inverse must also be true. This means that Sakuya didn't even need her "kill spirits" ability, as long as she knew where The World was, she could cut his arm because it would still be tangible due to having just attempted an attack.
