Ingredients
Sugar: 300g
Water: 200g
Agar powder: 4g
Food coloring: A little of your favorite color
Recipe
1) Mix sugar, water and agar powder in a pan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2) Make a colored water with food coloring and mix it with ① poured into a bat.
In our case, we wanted to color the amber sugar well, so we added more colored water. If you want a light pastel color, you can use a toothpick to dissolve less 🍸.
3) Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, and when it is firm, cut it into pieces with a knife.
You can also tear them into random pieces by hand.
4) Let it dry in a well-ventilated place for a few days to a week, turning it over occasionally, and it's done!
