I went on holidays and brought along three of my favourite luxury watches. My Rolex Datejust, my Tissot PRX as well as my Tudor Pelagos 39. Decent trio? I think so.

I just picked my Date Just in this exact combination yesterday. I was only on the waitlist 3 months and this was my top pick . Total game of chance as to how long it will take . My AD said she saw very few mint green dials come through

@@cohan.forcer yep I was shocked . I actually had no purchase history at the AD . When I went to pick it up , she commented that she appreciated my seriousness and keeping on touch (only sent one follow up). I did wear my Omega when I first went to the shop so she maybe assumed I was serious . Beyond that , it’s just luck !

On the 36, the fluted bezel is not flashy and is quintessential Datejust. On the 41, however, the fluted bezel is probably more prominent. However, the wonderful thing is that there are choices for every taste, and you cannot go wrong with any configuration! Beautiful dial color!
