That's a big thing to put on a resume when looking for a job striking out on their own. I would also think people that intentionally create music for Miku usually understand that they are creating music for Miku. It's not like you can accidentally create music for Miku.

I credit both the software and composers. Composers can’t create songs without using Miku and Miku can’t do songs without the composers. Simple analogy.

@@outfrootz292 Yeah but while sad that's understandable when people hear her music they think of Miku not the composers, I'm pretty sure the composers came into this knowing that there is a possibility that they might be underappreciated but they still do it because they love Miku and want to move the future of music forward with their songs by giving there music to Miku to sing for them and Parsee is right without the composers they're wouldn't be a Miku and vise versa with that analogy you can appreciate them both. I'm sure people realize that Miku's music is made from and belongs to millions of people around the world.

Whenever a Miku song is made, it's not her who made it. It's her and the composer. A partnership is born within the two. Just like a racer who can't race without the machine or the car who can't move without the driver.

I don’t think even this video encapsulates the influence Miku and Vocaloid have had in Japan. Two of the biggest mainstream music acts in Japan, Kenshi Yonezu and Yorushika, got their start producing Vocaloid, as Hachi and N-buna respectively. And the sounds heard in Vocaloid have gone on to influence all areas of Japanese pop. Bear in mind the Japanese music industry is the second biggest in the world.

correcting something you might of missed 1. she isnt the software name. The software is called VOCALOID. Miku, represents a voice. There are multiple Vocaloids too. not even all are Japanese. (Miku's company though only has Rin Len Kaito Meiko and Luka with her) 2. She isn't anime. It's confused a lot. Just because she's Japanese and is drawn, does not make her anime. She is a virtual popstar. 3. She didn't make her songs, she has producers. 4. She isn't the FIRST vocaloid, i think leon and lola were the first? The first Japanese vocaloid is Meiko too. 5. where my bby Rin at 0:43 6. I believe someone named Sasaki Wataru created her 7. Maybe credit the producers. You didn't credit the song producers. The songs I remember seeing in the video were Worlds End Dancehall, Rolling Girl (both Wowaka), Sand Planet (Hachi), and World Is Mine (Ryo) 8. not just Miku's concerts. Even if it's called Miku Expo, Miku With You, MikuPa, etc. does not mean it's only Miku's 9. all of the vocaloids have potential to change music 10. To get more attention, mention the concerts names, the games, other vocaloids, and other things fans like

ofcourse miku has a soul. it just seems like most people dont even understand what is a soul. A soul is a vessel, its a media that can be filled with information, that can inspire and interact with the world. In fact every thing made by human is a piece that recived a soul from its creator. every piece of art, every tool and also miku hatsune. the soul is the purpose for its exsistence. Lets make an example; Your PC got a Body, a Spirit and a Soul. the body is its Hardware, the Soul is the operating system that serve as a multi-purpose vessel. The Spirit is Software, it can contain many spirits that are the computers abilities and tools. Its difficult to understand and to keep apart whats what, because the soul is also software but its like the most important software :)

I agree that Miku is not a Person, she is a character. because to be a person you need to have emotions, a free will and inteligence. But a soul is just a messange, it carries a piece of information and has a certain attitude, a painting can have soul, music can have soul and characters can have soul, but it doesnt mean that they are alive.

eduu klee almost every - if not all - philosophers like Platón, Aristóteles... would disagree with you, and I do too. The ‘soul’ you’re talking about it’s not a human’s soul. For me a soul has a very different meaning. For me, having a soul is having the ability to think and feel. Te soul you’re talking about it’s the power, the message a piece of art, or even her, carries, something humans will never have. I’m sorry if I misspelled something because I’m not English, but I hope you understand my point. However, it is true that not even scientifics can prove the existence of this phenomenon, but I can’t agree with your point of view in this particular case. So, maybe your right, who knows? But I will stick with my beliefs until proven wrong, and you should do the same with yours! Neither of our theories are wrong or have flaws, especially because the only thing we’re sure of is of the existence of ourselves as a soul and mind. Have a great day/night!

I dont think philosophers knew what they was talking about, in our age we have a much more vivid view on this matter. I belive there are people who have no soul, they live, they acomplish nothing and no one will remember them, they are walking around like zombie. But on the other hand some piece of art can have a ton of soul to inspire the masses. A Soul is a piece of God that has power to move the world, its a force that bring the change and inspiration

Justin Don that’s not actually how it works, you buy the miku program and make a song, then you upload it to places like KZfaq, SoundCloud and things like that. You still have to get popular and get fans yourself. There is even a vocaloid record label in japan called karent

I'm thinking of a conversation in Sir Terry Pratchett's novel _Hogfather._ In it, Death is explaining why believing in the Hogfather (that world's Santa Claus) is necessary: as practice for believing the _big_ lies. Lies like Mercy and Justice. He says if you sieve the universe, you won't find a single atom of mercy or justice, but humans _must_ believe in these things. How else, he asks, can they _become?_ So when those two fans say Miku has no soul and it's therefore "our" job to _give_ her one, I can't help thinking he was on to something.
