Hi JP and Camille. I went to Sarsa in Makati this week and had a delicious meal. I'm from California and have been waiting to eat there for a while now. I met Jenny and Cha and other staff members. But, was so sad that I didn't get a chance to see you guys. I was told you may be on your way to Bacolod, where I am thinking of living for one year. I loved the pinakbet in shrimp bisque. Wow..... ! omg....it's been such a long time I haven't been to EAST OCEAN in Greenhills to eat with family during birthday occasions, ...it's super yummy even it's quite pricey ......this rest is so popular for as long as I can remember when we were just teens....

Nice food, nice place, classy ambiance, price is really high too, but you get what you pay for. You name it they have it all. Authentic Cantonese food. Expect $30.00/ head for a decent meal,.but that price wont include top seafoods. Prepare your credit cards.
