Recipe for: Chicken with Potato Stew
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
chicken legs - 4 pcs.
potatoes - 1 kg.
onions - 3 heads
garlic - 5 cloves
tomatoes (canned) - 300 g.

pepper
paprika
mint
oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken legs in half, the potatoes into large cubes, the onion into small pieces and the garlic into slices.
Pour a little fat into a heated saucepan and seal the chicken legs for about 3 minutes, then remove. In the same fat add the onion and garlic, and fry them until soft. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and chicken legs. Pour about 1 liter of water (the water should lightly cover the potatoes and chicken). Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and mint. Allow the dish to cook over medium heat for about 50-60 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
