It's a very beautiful home and I actually love the floor plan (most of the time I don't on these home tour videos) buuut, the deck outside could have been with the material that looks really expensive wood look that's for every season and the carpet on the stairs should have been wood stairs with a runner. All the carpet up stairs irritates me. I would have liked wood floors in the hallways and the bedrooms could have had more expensive carpet like with a pattern in it.

Glad you like the floor plan! It is always interesting to see what builders choose to use in the different spaces. Carpet on stairs receives high traffic and is typically one of the first areas to wear out! It is certainly not for everyone. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!
