Look up the cover by Frits Tilburgs, an ederly man on The Voice. Dude is from the Netherlands. It was the first time I heard the song yesterday - it was sung as if HE wrote it! It is a beautiful song, which I enjoyed a lot, but I would not put it quite so high on my list as you. Just personal preference and a lot longer exposure of songs from which to choose.
